Both Golden Boy and Prison School rely on sexual jokes not suitable for the general audience. Each girl in both shows has a unique personality and distinctive appearance. Kintaro and the Prison School gang are similar in that they relentlessly pursue these attractive women with hilarious results. Both are initially clueless when dealing with women, but gains experience with every episode. While Kintaro only encounters one abusive woman, the Prison School gang faces an entire academy of them. Prison School's humor is even less tame than Golden Boy's, which itself is already very facetious.
Let's start st the end. They leave off with the girls wanting the guys. Very sexual-based comedies, little cringy at times from the over-perviness. Not bad, but in a gross way. Not for straight-edges.

These are amusing ecchi anime that are frequently considered a ‘must-see’ even for those that are not a fan of ecchi or fanservice. These anime base their sexual jokes on the clueless and perverted nature of the young male characters, who are then frequently called out or punished for their inappropriate actions by the memorable female characters. That said, Kintaro and the male protagonists of ‘Prison School’ have moments that showcase their morality, such as looking out for or protecting innocent people from a threat.

Both feature a crude, often sexual style of humor while also developing meaningful relationships between the characters. In this, they each create a sympathetic cast of characters despite their over-the-top nature.
It has the same premise of comedy and ecchi. But Golden Boy has a life lessons compare to Prison School.
In a wasteland of obnoxious, unfunny, cringe inducing, brain rotting ecchi anime, two behemoths rise from the toxic sludge to introduce a gold standard and set an example, in the stead of all other poorly written shows of the genre. Prison School and Golden Boy are two anime, among another select few, of the 1% that execute ecchi tropes correctly. If you want do do ecchi, do it like these two shows or don't do it at all.
P.S., you can mishmash the titles into "Prison Boy" and "Golden School", and somehow these new combinations still make perfect sense within the context of the shows.
