Both are neither your typical shoujo anime (based on an ongoing manga) with a redheaded leads. In both Akatsuki no Yona and Mahoutsukai our heroines are both gifted in a fantasy world, who learn and begin to form their own definitions of family and love. Both heroines share an underlying romance with tall, dark, deep-voiced males, as well as beautiful coming-of-age stories. They are also both REALLY underrated!
Both anime revolve around a romance plot in a fantasy theme with the main character being female.
Both keep you hooked with ups and downs of a pretty good drama that develops through the entire anime.
Red haired girls with unique power try to go ahead despite difficulties on their paths. The previous lives are broken up. They meet new friends that become a new family... and don't forget about strong romance line
Both shows feature a red haired girl. They both have elements of fantasy as well as compelling character arcs and interesting side characters.
