"Food Wars: Shokugeki no Souma" and "Gourmet Girl Graffiti" / "Koufuku Graffiti" both involve intense and comprehensive cooking followed by erotic reactions after tasting delicious food.

FOOD!!! Foodgasms, overpowered cooks, and food porn literally! One of the difference here is the background story. Souma's culinary skills and unimaginable creativity suppresses everyone's taste expectations while Ryou tries variant cuisines with her close friends after her grandmother's death. Souma's aiming to become head chef. Ryou wants to cook wonderful meals for her friends to enjoy. Both shows have done an absolute job illustrating mouth-watering, glimmering food. Meat, eggs, rice, and whatever on the menu tonight. Go erotic chow time!

Both are centered around food and cooking. Along with very sensual eating ;) Koufuku Graffiti is more relaxed and slow paced. While Shokugeki no Souma, judging from the first episode, is a lot more intense and fast paced.

Two anime focusing on the sensual nature of eating food. Koufuku Graffiti has a female lead and the ecchi is less explicit but the similarities are clear.

Both anime are about food and orgasms, yes, food orgasms. They never fail to teach you something about food, and makes you smile with a good comedy. Both MC are obsessed by food obviously

well it's pretty obvious that the main similarity is that these are both food anime for anyone that has seen them. But the most important similarity is how everyone in these shows gets really aroused when they eat food. honestly just watch them you'll see what i'm talking about.

Both shows are about cooking and contain scenes with mouth-watering food in it. The major differences are the studios behind it and the genres of the show. Koufuku Graffiti is your everyday slice of life produced by Studio Shaft while Shokugeki no Souma is an ecchi, shounen produced by Studio J.C. Staff. Whether you want a relaxing slice of life or a faster-paced shounen is totally up to you. Both shows are good in their own respective ways and if you like tasty food especially, I recommend both. This is just my opinion though.

Both shows make eating food look erotic.

Both of these series deal with a heavy amount of food porn imagery in its visuals with Food Wars having a shonen/ecchi focus on it whilst Gourmet Girl Graffiti has more of a cgdct element to it.
