Both Nikuyoku Gangu Takuhainin (Living Sex Toy Delivery) and Keraku-No-OH (King of Pleasure) feature very similar storylines and plot structures. They're both revenge stories that revolve around the male protagonist capturing and raping various women that have wronged him. To do this, he enlists the help of an attractive female sidekick.
So, if you enjoyed the plot of one of these OVAs, than you might enjoy the other. I will say that in my opinion, Living Sex Toy Delivery is significantly better in every aspect. However, that doesn't make King of Pleasure bad by any means.
