Both follow a tale of high school age romance but presented in a comedic way poking fun at stereotypical romance tropes.
I would say friendship among a group is also a main theme in the two shows.
Easy/light shows to watch, not very deep
Similar humor but I think Romantic Killer is more over the top
Romcoms that are more focused on the comedy than the romance. Both poke some fun at romance cliches. Both have very good animation and voice acting.
