The art is totally the same, vibrant colors, and white shadings on the edges of everything... There are lots of comedy in both anime, as well as hilarious misunderstandings and also bits or romance.. Also, both anime share a secret that is the reason for the somewhat awkward behavior of one of the main characters.
I highly recommend both of them, if you are a fan of comedy/drama ^^

They both have very similar, vibrant art styles, since they are made by the same studio. They both have a sci-fi and romance elements. In both shows, a human and a non-human fall in love (in PlaMemo it is an android; in Mikakunin it is an animal spirit taking a human form). Both have a loli and an extremely perverted lolicon girl.
