Clione no Akari is a short anime about bullying and the effects it has on the bystanders that do nothing. Samurai Flamenco is an anime about a guy who makes a decent effort in becoming a superhero.
At it's surface, they're nothing alike. But once you finish watching both of them there's something there that I can't mention due to spoilers.
