It's been a while since I watched tactics but I recall the general atmosphere and some relationships being similar with Kuroshitsuji.

Both feature a handsome, swarthy demon bound to a human boy with similar shounen-ai undertones. Both are now paired off with one another to solve supernatural occurrences and mysteries. Along the way they meet plenty of eccentric and colorful individuals - whether they will be human, demon, or otherwise!
