I feel that they have a similar vibe.
They both include some seriously smart/manipulative characters. Both stories also throw a lot of twists throughout the story.
Although bungou stray dogs has a lot more character development and show many different story angles.

Despite Code Geass and Bungo Stray Dogs having diverging plots, MCs Lelouch and Dazai have a lot in common, being, people who use their wide knowledge on everything that happens around them to their greatest advantages. They both also have overpowered special abilities, absolute obedience and power cancelling accordingly.
If you are into scheming individuals with a great mind, these are the anime for you.
