Both anime focuses on main characters trying to follow their passions where Eizouken is trying to make anime and Sakura-sou are about individuals living in an apartment each trying to strive for their dreams.
Both anime delves into the details of the trials and challenges of making their passion become a reality. Sakura-sou is a bit more feelsy and for an older audience compared to Eizouken which is more dreamworld-like with a stronger focus on friendship and growing up.
Animation style is incredible in both and is quite different, Eizouken is more concept-art and almost Dreamworks-like while Sakura-sou is more No game no life like
