After a couple of Urusei Yatsura episodes, it's obvious that Fantasia is a short and lower quality rip-off. Pretty much the same plot and characters crammed into a single-episode OVA.
I wouldn't really recommend Fantasia unless you're really craving for something similar to Urusei Yatsura and you don't mind compromising quality. Watch at your own risk I guess.
