Both are action anime from the 90's that involve an overpowered flying red head kid and characters tasked to hunt down evildoers. Super Kid differs with a task-force of "super kids" who work to arrest space criminals. While Houshin Engi involves a corrupt empire, dark magic, evil spirits and a world of the brink of destruction, where its hero is tasked to hunt down all the evil in the land. I can't say I would recommend these anime to anyone but if you want to try them be my guest.
