Both is an anime about the old era and they both include Masamune Date and Hanzo Hattori. While a girl is sent back in time in Sengoku Otome, there aren't any modern stuff at all in Brave 10. (at least so far into it)
While Masamune and Hanzo is male in Brave 10, they are female in Sengoku Otome.
