Yeah, I watched it some time ago, but I quickly went through it again to remember how I felt about it. It was pretty enjoyable, really, but I feel the potential of the setting was wasted somewhat. Also, prepubescent children devising such plans is a bit ridiculous and takes away from the believability of it all. Then again, I suppose children with the rationality of adults is not so uncommon in anime. I never watched the second season, but I hear it's not great. If you say it's worthwhile, I might think about giving it a try, though.

I don't think another season could be done, really. Yes, it's certainly a wonderful series, but the story was over with the movie. I have no idea what else they could do with it. Can you imagine anything in particular?

Oh yeah! It was fantastic. What a ride that was. In the beginning, I felt a bit uncertain about it, but everything was just so well written that as things came together I was so excited to see the next episode.

And thank you. It's because I met you that I encountered this wonderful series :-)
