From the bits and trailers and whatnot that I have seen, they seem to use more CGI than Japanese anime. Is that really the case, or was I just unlucky?
I haven't seen the manga, so I don't know how good it is, but the light novel is great, though as other LNs, rather time consuming.
I started with, and thoroughly enjoyed, One Punch Man, which is not a manga-only, but still has story progressing past what anime has shown. There isn't any manga series that I have enjoyed that does not have an anime.

I actually watched like the first 10 minutes of NGNL Zero some time ago before I got interrupted, but I haven't managed to get back to it yet 😩 Guess I should try giving it another go soon.
Never watched any Chinese anime in my life actually 🤔 Is it different much from the Japanese ones?

Noticed you are a fan of Mushoku Tensei. I started reading it a couple days ago, and it's written really well. Have you considered reading it as well, or will you be sticking to anime only?

Yo gamer. So I started with Steins Gate as the first pick from your recommendations, but I am having issues dealing with Okabe, specifically his chuunibyou side. I was told that he would stop acting like that, but getting to that point has been difficult so far, so it'll take me a bit to finish the anime 😩
