All right, I'm not very good at writing reviews so forgive me if i am incoherent and i would also like to thank the 2 people who may read this review.
I was pushed into writing this review because of how i believed everyone interpreted the story, that being of love. That could not be more wrong in fact i would argue that this movie is rather about overcoming trauma and persevering through hardship. Obviously there is hints of romance here and there and the ending few lines also do hint at a budding romance but like I said that doesn't seem to be the
...
main theme. I do not want to spoil the story but i do regard it very highly and so I would reccomend that you do not approach this story with a usual forbidden romance mindset.
The art is crazy good, no words could do it any justice. (Just watch the movie!!)
I found my self print screening a lot of the frames because they were all background worthy.
I'm not too observant of sound design or music but I had no complaints and it definitely helped elevate some emotional scenes when needed. Also on a tangent the sound of rain is amazing.
The characters are pretty sound and have something which should be a desired aspect when crafting a story and that is the quality of being human. Everyone had believable speech thoughts and actions and overall I found myself invested in their interests and trying to dig up their past from scenes and some reasons behind motives.
As you can tell from my review I enjoyed the movie a lot and i hope that this review pushes someone to watch the movie and do the same. I thank you again for reading my semi-coherent ramblings and am sorry if I made any mistakes or have said something wrong. Anyways see you next time i decide to make a review i guess.
