Story : I give it 8. The plot is nice, between the introduction til the end. Well the beginning always missing things about the character development (its movie after all). The ending isn't like the usual Shinkai's ending, it's too smooth and easy to read, but gives warm feels to the viewers.
Art : Always amazes me, I give it 10 out of 10

Lot of character background didn't show up on screening.
