As a woman, there are two reasons for me to enjoy a reverse-harem anime:
1. It's a good anime.
There are some generally good reverse-harem animes out there that are great, funny with interesting characters. Ouran High School Host Club, Fruit Basket, Yona of the Dawn, Kamisama Kiss and more.
2. It's not a good anime, but I watch it purely as a guilty pleasure (ahem ahem Diabolik Lovers ahem ahem)
This anime, however, is garbage. It doesn't belong in any of the above categories.
First of all, as an anime, it's awful.
Exposition. Exposition everywhere.
While the plot supposedly exists, everyone just keeps talking and talking and mentioning names I
...
never bothered to memorize.
Nothing happens except talking. MC talks to boy no 1. Then she talks to no 2. Plot twist! it turns out boy 4 talked to boy 5 without boy 6 knowing about it, but because boy 7 heard boy 8 mentioning it, now boy 9 can tell MC what boy (lost count) said. Ending song.
The main girl is a horrible protagonist, she has zero personality but somehow she is special because she is immune to drugs? so what? it's not a medical research show, it doesn't contribute anything to the story. She doesn't need to be immune to drugs to recruit people (at least that's what I think she does)
Second of all, the show also fails to entertain as a reverse harem anime.
Everyone looks as bland as possible, there are like 100 boys with the same face. and hair. and mannerism.
There isn't even romance in it, or exciting scenes, or... you know... anything to suggest reverse harem!
A huge waste of time overall.
