- "You're in love with someone, but you can't touch this someone. Have you imagined this pain sometimes?" -
So, that's the main question discussed on Hotarubi No Mori E. It was another tear-jerking short movie, that's old, but still gold. It's the movie that everyone can identify by the classic image of the main protagonist with an shironeko (white cat) mask. I will not coil with the introduction itself, so let's go!
Story: 10/10
[WARNING: SPOILERS AND SPOILERS]
So, the premise of the story is the idea of: "when the love transcend the touch". The story is about Hotaru, a girl that, on the summer vacations, always go
...
to her grandfathers's house. And on the city that they live, it has an forest, which is a forest that supposedly have spirits living on there. In her childhood, Hotaru decided to go to that forest, but she got lost and found an "spirit" with an white cat mask called Gin. I used quotation marks, because Gin is not exactly an spirit: on the past, he was a little boy lost on that forest, and the spirits gave him an curse, but they took care of him at the same time. And the curse that he got was: he can't be touched by humans, because if it's happen, he can disappear into a lot of graveflies. So, on the day that Hotaru got lost on the forest, Gin helped her to go to the exit of the forest. And Hotaru decided to herself that: on all her summer vacations, she'll go to the forest, to see Gin all the times (always maintain a little distance) and find a way to thank him for that day. So, on the entire movie, we go along all the journey and the moments between these two characters. Clearly, they can't touch themselves (due to the Gin's curse), so they always maintain a certain distance between them. And I mean, this movie is very short, but I felt a lot of the moments. I mean, the movie is not only about the youth love, but it's also the love between the family. And again, with the final, I cried. YES, AGAIN!!!! Because, you know: Hotaru and Gin were seeing an fireworks festival on the forest (that was an forest spirits party, practically). And they decided to go to another place, to basically talk about things. And two kids were running near to them, and one of them was almost falling to the ground, but Gin avoided it, holding the arm of this little kid. But, as you read on the top of my review, Gin has a curse that he can't touch humans, because if it's happen, he'll disappear into a lot of graveflies. AND IT HAPPENED. Bruh!! Yeah, on that scene, I cried and breath so deeply, because Gin touched a human (a kid), and that was the last moment that Hotaru was able to hug him, and after that, he disappeared. And I cried together with Hotaru, because Goddamit: it was so deep. Again, it's not only about the youth love, but it's also about the family love. And ah yeah, oh my god! That final scene was an shot on my heart, and I felt that pain. A lot of people made a meme of that scene, saying somethings like: "and that's why you can't trust on kids, or something", and that was funny, but dumb at the same time. Because this movie is truly emotional, it's so simple at the first look, but the trajectory and the journey between Hotaru and Gin made my heart with emotional outbursts. So, 10/10. It looks simple, but it's very deep touching, and yes: I need to admit that Hotarubi No Mori E can fit with lo-fi musics, but if you think on Hotarubi, it will pass automatically on your head the music: "King" by Lauren Aquilina, and that combination intensified my feelings so harder, Even if it's not the case, I tried to express my feelings tho. A SOLID 10/10 for this point definitely, and the story seems to be very nostalgic, because you know: the guy with an white cat mask is the character that everyone can identify at the first look.
Art: 9/10
The art is simple, but it's very sweet at the same time. The character design is a very cute thing, and the scenarios were so carefully designed from the start to the end of Hotarubi No Mori E, always praising the vivid colors, and the beautiful scenarios. So, there's nothing too much to talk about the art: it was very good, very beautiful, very sweet, very delicated on all the traces, and an collyrium to the eyes. For an 2011 movie, I got impressed, because this point was so well-worked, and they paid a lot of respect on this aspect. So, 9/10, and yeah! The art of this movie is not something that I could write a big text to describe that.
Sound: 9/10
So, there's almost no soundtracks, but there's the ending song. And my man oof: if you cried with the final scene, you'll explode into the tears because there's the final scene and the ending song on the background, and this is something like a combo of: sadness, emptiness and many shots on the heart. Because ah, you know: I bet that a lot of people cried with that movie, and me too. Because I couldn't contain myself: Hotarubi No Mori E was so simple, but very straight to the point, and that's something that really made me enjoy so much and turn to one of my favorites anime movies that I've ever watched. This movie, nowadays, is a little bit underrated, but yeah! Everyone needs to take a chance on it. And one thing that I found very relaxing and delightful to hear was: the background sound effects. Because we have a lot of moments when Hotaru and Gin are together on the forest, and obviously on the forest, there's the winds, and a lot of moments are in that way: the wind sound effects was something that my ears thanked a lot. So, 9/10, there's almost no soundtracks, but there's the background sound effects and the ending song (that really pushed my down my tears). 9/10, I'm sorry guys, but this movie was so delicatedly worked on all the aspects.
Character: 9/10
So, I praise too much the animes by: the great story and the characters development. The movie only focuses on the main characters, and their personalities are a deeper thing than it looks to be. You know: Hotarubi No Mori E was a very great movie, but there's some slightly problems with that. The two main characters can't be described with a lot of words, but I think that: Yuki Midorikawa (the creator) made this to make us to think more deeply about these two. And again, this thing (of making the characters with simple personalities, to make us to think deeper on it, so that we can have a lot of opinions about them) can be a good thing, if they done right. Because, sometimes, you know: I already made a whole entire review about Uchiage Hanabi's movie, depositing all my rage and disappointment about that movie. Because Uchiage Hanabi was the biggest disappointment of 2017, due to the story lackness, and the poor of the characters qualities. But I felt different with Hotarubi No Mori E, because Hotaru and Gin can't be described with a lot of words, but with the course of the story, we can feel their feelings, we can their pains, their difficulties about the love by a certain distance, and at the end, we can describe them (it can be described with simples words, like "cute" or "pretty", but at least, it's something, and a very deep thing. Different from Uchiage Hanabi, because this movie was "eww"). But with Hotarubi No Mori E, I felt a lot of nostalgia and a lot about youth. So, 9/10, the characters are so simple, but this is the point that: at the end, you'll be able to describe them, if you felt the story, because you'll really need to symphatize with the two main characters, to really enjoy the movie at the right way. And as I said: at the end, after feeling their pains and their feelings, you'll be able both the two, and cry on the end of the movie. A solid 9/10
Enjoyment: 9/10
Overall: 9/10
As I also said, there's some slightly problems with that one, speaking about the characters and the story. It can have holes, but this isn't almost a thing on that movie. I really enjoyed and cried with Hotarubi No Mori E, mainly with the final scene, because it was a stab on the heart, right? And I was looking too much for this movie, because I like too much of the Yuki Midorikawa's masterworks, specially about Natsume, which you know: both of these two shows have white cats, but this isn't the point of the two. So, I felt sad and pain after watched Hotarubi No Mori E, but it was definitely a great experience, because you'll learn a lot of things with that one. It's a little underrated nowadays, but you'll definitely need to take a chance on it. At least, take some minutes (because the movie is only 45 minutes, it's very short), because this is a life-changing thing, that will make you cry, but rethink about the: definition of love. The movie just passed this beautiful message: "that you need to respect the people around you, and love your parents, your friends, because one day, they won't be by your side anymore, so valorize all the moments that you have with them, and be thankful by the miracle that you are". And my god, that was definitely a punch to the feels. And I'm really interested about what Yuki Midorikawa will produce after, because this movie really touched me in a lot of ways, and I really hope that she'll produce more masterworks like that movie. So, 9/10, as I said: it can be simple and it can have some slightly problems with the characters, but this movie is a feeling and a learning, right? 9/10, really heart touching, and if you still didn't watch this, watch it, and you won't regret it. Warning: it will make your eyes red, so prepare two boxes of tissues. Bye guys, and I hope all of you guys have a nice day!

Kotonoha no Niwa
(Anime)

Recommended
Kotonoha no Niwa is another masterpiece produced by Makoto Shinkai. You know, he became famous on the anime world, after launched the biggest world phenomenon 5 Centimeters per Second. And this movie (which you can also call it by: "The Garden of Words") was incredible. I mean, I saw this one after watched Your Name, because Your Name was the most amazing work by him. And after this one, I really was wanting to explore more about the job of Makoto Shinkai, and I found Kotonoha No Niwa. A lot of people reccomended me this very short movie (yes, it's about 45 minutes of duration),
...
and it catched me at the first look. Both Your Name and Kotonoha No Niwa made me cry a lot, so let's start!!!
Story: 10/10 [WARNING: SPOILERS] You all guys know that: Makoto Shinkai like a lot of this theme: the hard distance between people, and it wasn't different for that one. But, before I'm gonna start: if you enjoyed Your Name, I definitely reccomend you to take a look on: 5 Centimers per Second, Dareka no Manazashi, Hoshi No Koe (the first movie created by him) and on this one. All of them are from Makoto, and I bet you'll like so much, if you finished and enjoyed Your Name too much. So, Kotonoha No Kiwa also talks about that hard distance. The story focuses on the two main characters that seems to doesn't fit on the actual society (with their dreams and qualities): Takao, an high-school boy, that aspires to be a cobbler (which is an profession that's considered old to our actual society); and Yukino, an woman teacher, that suffers from health problems, that allow her to consume only alchool and chocolate. So Takao decided to himself to skip the school in all the rainy days, to go to an park of his city, basically to practice more about the art of making shoes (and basically take more time to draw shoe's molds). And on all these rainy days, Takao always meets with Yukino (that, with the course of movie, Takao found that she's his teacher, that wants to leave the school, due to her health problems and pains), and Takao basically talks with her about daily things, and about his dreams (why is he always leaving the school on these days), and etc. So, the movie focuses on these two characters, and you know: if you really want to feel the movie so deep, you'll need to symphatize with these two protagonists. As I said, Makoto Shinkai likes a lot to work with the theme: the hard distance between the people. And, surprisingly, this movie is an romance movie! ............... YES! You know, at the first look, you'll probably that: it will be an cliched slice of life movie. But, NO! This movie is very short, but it has a lot of deep meaning, that you probably didn't even noticed, because the majority of the main meanings on Kotonoha No Niwa are between the lines. The movie just works so hard on the element of the rain, and you can see that in the majority of the moments (the camera movement when Takao is walking through the bridge that guides him to the park of his city, the rain drops falling from the leafs of the trees, and the cloudy scenarios, and etc.). But the fact that Makoto Shinkai had to used the rain element was not only to show wet places. Because Makoto used the rain to give you a deeper look above it. When the raindrops fall, and meet the river near to the main park, it just forms a lot of waves constantly, right? And I think that: seeing about the characters aspect, about their relationships, and about the story premise, I can interpret the waves that raindrops forms as this way: the initial raindrop is the life, and the waves that it forms is the infinite possibilities that life can give to you. YEAH BRO!!! This was a very very deep meaning, but at least, I interpreted on that way. And the fact that both of the two main characters are described to "doesn't fit so good with the actual society", intensifies more and more the thought of: "sometimes we need an person by our side, with an similar situation as ours, to really understand the pains of each other". And that was something that really hitted me. I mean, clearly the romance between them is something unreal, right?? Imagine if: an 15-year old boy is envolving into an relationship with an 25-year old woman teacher? It can be something very offensive (or something very lenny face) for some people, but the romance between them was the "ai". You know, the love concept, for the Japanese people, is something that can be a little complex. Because, on the Japanese culture, the love word can be divided into: "ai" and "koi". The "ai" is an common love: basically the love between parents and sons; the love between you and your dog; the love between parents and patriots; and etc. In general, "ai" means: the generic love. But the "koi" means the: true love; between a man and a woman, between a boyfriend and girlfriend, and etc. And in the case of Takao and Yukino, it was the "ai": the generic love (which is basically the same of "ai shiteru", which means "I love you", but a complicated love). Basically the love between them was: to understand the pains of each other, and about the situations of each other. And that's something that will make you easily attached to the story, because with the course, we have a more deepening look about the characters, and how they are feeling. It can starts with an generic or cliched premise, but the story was beautiful. And it's not like Your Name. I mean, Your Name is a story that doesn't have a lot of mysteries, so you can easily see the movie, and understand the entire movie, without using your brain too much. But, with Kotonoha No Niwa, I felt that was deeper than Your Name. The movie can be so short, but the real meanings are in second-hand, and for that one, you'll really need to pay more attention to the hidden details, because on the final of the movie, you'll probably think: "wow, it made me to think in a different way now, when I saw all the moments". Yes, on the final scene, it was something like: a way of make you to rethink and look on the movie into another way. And yeah! I give to the story a solid 10/10. I would give it a lower rate, but I researched, on the past, more about Kotonoha No Niwa, and I found some things about that specific movie, that made me like: "OH MY GOD, I NEVER HAD THINK ABOUT THAT WAY". And it really changed my look and my form of think about this one. So, ah yeah! This movie is definitely to make you cry (as I did), and breath so deeply to rethink about many things about you're doing on your life. 10/10, I didn't understand too much about the story at the first time, but now I can comprehend everything, and it turns Kotonoha No Niwa one of my favorites movie I've ever seen. Art: 9/10 Now, speaking about the art of this movie, it was like: it was so amazing, but the art on Your Name was definitely 1000x better. Because Kotonoha No Niwa was launched in 2013, and Your Name in 2016. So, it's a difference of 3 years, and between these years, Makoto Shinkai really improved his art style to something that's almost the perfection. And on Kotonoha No Niwa, the art was so fantastic. The element of the rain, the camera movemenst, and the wet places were one of the most beautiful elements on the movie. The character art design was also so wonderful to look (an collyrium to the eyes), and the scenarios were very very realistc. Literally on all the Makoto Shinkai animes, he just makes an fantastic art-looking, but I feel that, after Your Name, the animation style can turn from a perfect thing to an marvelous thing. I'm not saying that the art on Kotonoha No Niwa was bad. It was the opposite: the art on this movie was so beautiful to look, but I mean: I feel Your Name did a better job on it. And Kotonoha No Niwa, as I said, really wants to get you attached to the rain element, because it can have a more deep meaning than it looks. And they made it perfectly. The animation was so stunning and beautiful to look, and all the traces were simply and carefully well worked, and the beauty of this movie was so unexplainable. So, 9/10, because as I said, it was so great, but Your Name art was definitely better. Sound: 8/10 I can't say too much about the sound aspect of this movie, because it was an short movie, so you can't expect a lot of soundtracks above it. But, in some moments, they putted some soundtracks to make it even more amazing, and it just fitted so perfectly. The only music that the movie have is: "Rain" by Motohiro Hata, and it's such a great song. But the soundtracks element was something very expected from an short movie: almost doesn't have it, but sometimes it has, and just combined so good with the scenes. So, I gave this a 8/10, again: it was an short movie, so we can't a lot of soundtracks. But they're really good and delightful to hear. And make you even sadder lol, but in general, 8/10. Character: 10/10 Now, the characters is something very curious, because I praise too much the animes by: the great story and character development. And this one has a great character development, and sometimes it doesn't. Confusing, right? So, the personality traits of the two main characters are so simple, but I think: that's the right case. Because, Kotonoha No Niwa was designed to be: an short, simple but very touching movie. And it's very simple about all the aspects. But, as the story, the character aspect is something that you'll need to use your brain, to understand their deep qualities. On the plot of the movie, we already had basically about their qualities, exactly as I said on the top: Takao is the high school guy, which is very shy and away from the society, by your "old" dream to be an cobbler; and Yukino, the common woman teacher, that lives a life a little bit miserable, and suffers from health problems (which is the point that makes her away from the society), that only allows her to consume: alchool and chocolate. And both of them are very similar, due to the fact of: they doesn't fit to the society. And until the end of the movie, they were meeting about each other, and understanding the pains of each other. And on the final scene, they were crying (specially Takao), by the simple that Yukino won't be able to see Takao: a person that was really understanding her pains. Because, Yukino would change to another city, to be an teacher on a new school. Clearly, this is not exactly a romance, but the fact that "you leave forever a person that really can understand your feelings" is something very hurtful. And I felt their pain so deeply, that I ended up the movie crying rivers like a child. Again, Makoto Shinkai can make very sad and depressive anime movies, but they're very deep and meaningful, that you'll ended up learning about some life lessons. This is not only an Makoto Shinkai characteristic, because the most of the japaneses make animes like that (to make you cry and learn about something). Even though I felt that the character development lack sometimes, I mean: this was probably something to make yourself interpret on your way. The characters on Kotonoha No Niwa have personalities also, but their qualities are something very hidden, but if you do a research about that movie (or probably make an intepretation by yourself), you'll know more about them, if you want. So, I give this a solid 10/10. It was something very hard to decide, but I give an 10/10, because as the story, the characters are also have an hidden and deep meaning. Enjoyment: 10/10 Overall: 10/10 Again, the movie is definitely very short, but is not for everyone. You'll really need to use your brain a lot, if you want to watch it. So, to end up: Kotonoha No Niwa made me cry and experience it (the pain and the distance). There's a lot of hidden mysteries and things on this movie, and the most beautiful and catchy aspects on this movie was: the rain element and about the "romance" (which is not exactly an romance, it's the "koi", which is the same of the: "generic and general love") between the two main characters. The movie definitely hitted my heart so deeply, and I felt that. And about the rain element, it was something very remarkable and very deep (by the simple fact that: the raindrop is the life, and the waves that it forms is the infinite possibilites that life can give to you, to make the difference). So, this thought (for me) was so deep to think about an short movie. Kotonoha No Niwa was very short, but it really caught my feelings so fast, that I cried instantly with the final scene. Again: DON'T THINK WRONG THINGS ABOUT THIS MOVIE!! IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE TO BE! At the first look, it looks to be a very "interesting" romance story between an teenager guy and an older woman, but it wasn't. It was something very deep, that you really need to pay attention, and get attached to the story and to the main characters itself, to really comprehend the real meaning of the story. The rain element, I think, was something to intesify that: life can bring a lot of chances for you to make the difference, and that'll always exist a person that will understand how you are feeling. No matter if this person is newer or older, there's always someone that will understand your feelings and your pains. And the connection between them reinforced this meaning. Anyway, I ended up crying so much with this movie, not only about the long distance between Takao and Yukino, but also because that meaning, and I find myself with Takao in a lot of moments, that truly intensified my feelings. So, to end up, I give this a 10/10. I know that a lot of people will not agree with that, because people that gave 6 or 5 or 7 to this movie didn't understand the true meaning behind that. And I already explained about that on my entire review. So, 10/10, it was an short movie, but it was very deep, and marked my life so much. Anyway, have a nice day guys! bye bye!

- "Menma, we found you!!!!!" -
- "You guys finally found me!!!!" - So, ah yeah! You know: AnoHana is an anime that is a big tear-jerking, but it's very deep at the same time. Menma was the best character on all the anime. SHE DIDN'T DESERVE TO DIE, BRUH!!!! So, let's start with the review, but I can say, startly, that: this anime is an masterpiece, and everyone needs to take time to live that experience, right? Let's go, and you know: it's time to cry again, on this quarantine..... and a warning: this review also has spoilers, as all the reviews that I ... do. So, let's go straight to the point right now, because I'm coiling too much. Story: 10/10 So, the main premise of the story is: the difficult of dealing with the death of dear people, and how hurtful it can be, but at the same time, this is just one of best ways to make us to maturate, and even though someone too special for you was died, you need to keep (locked with 7 keys) this person on your heart forever. The story talks about an group of 6 friends (Jintan, Poppo, Tsuruko, Yukiatsu, Analu and Menma) that were separated, due to the death of one of their friends by an accident (in that case Menma). So, 10 years passed, and the group is still separated. Basically everyone is taking their own pathes alone, and the main character affected by the Menma's death was Jintan. He basically get out from the school (and from the school's sporty club) after the incident, and he's just only staying home, because he (and everyone) are with an childhood trauma, due to Menma's death. But after an 10 years, the Menma's ghost just appeared to them (first to Jintan and after for everyone), because Menma really wanted to realize an wish before her death. At the first, she doesn't know exactly what was her wish, but with the course of episodes, Jintan are joining all his old friends, to help Menma to discover: what was her wish? So, the story is just like that. And yeah, at the end (from the 1st to the final episode), I just exploded into tears. Because we can see an constant coming-of-age process to all the characters. They're becoming friends again, they're joining their old secret base (which are in a forest, and in the childhood, they were and still are the Super Protectors of Peace), only to be able to see Menma again and discover her wish. And with the course of episodes, we discover: what was the real wish of Menma. I mean, Menma really had a lot of wishes (not just one). She: just wanted to make fireworks with their friends; just wanted to see Jintan cry, because after the death of his mother (and yeah, his mother just died, and you'll noticed that on the entire anime), Jintan became a tough guy, practically feelingless. But all the wishes are just connected to one main wish: that Menma really want to see all her friends together and forever, even if she was no longer among them. So, this just hitted my heart so deeply, it hurted a lot, and I cried too much. But I need to say: their friendship is something pretty, unique and something that we really wish to have in the real life. I think this anime can change the life of many people. Because, nowadays, the people are being less friendly, and this anime is just to say: that people needs to be kinder with each other, and need to valorize more the people around them. Because, people are paying more attention to things that are not so valuable to be focused, and forgot about their friends and the people around. So, AnoHana is an incentive to make people rethink about the lives, because for the characters, the death of their friend (Menma) was an tragedy, and with that, they cried a lot, but matured too much. It was an trauma, but it was an life-changing event to them. I mean, the 1st episodes can be heartwarming (because there's some moments that was funny), but I bet (if you still didn't watch this) you'll cry with the last episodes, as I did. And if you still didn't watch AnoHana, you're losing your time, so just go to watch it. And the last episode, bruh: it just crushed me. When Menma was disappearing into the sunrise, because she was already realized her wish, so she can go to the sky paradise (and with the friends reading the messages that she left to everyone), bruh.... it's impossible to not get emotional with that moment. I mean, because you'll see the trajectory of the characters, you'll see their maturation process, and you'll cry with that. The messages that Menma left to them was an stab to the heart (it was basically: I like the way you guys are; don't fight themselves; Menma doesn't like of that; Stay together as friends forever, please; This is my big wish). And I couldn't contain myself on that time, I exploded into tears, and my eyes got red. This was so deep bro. So, anyway, AnoHana is not an tear-jerking anime, it's an learning, so 10/10. It's impossible to not get attached to the story, and this is an memorable thing (will be stuck on my head forever), because it's life-changing, and an opportunity to rethink about that life we're living right now. So, 10/10. Very great story, it portraits the youth amazingly good, and I had some nostalgia feelings while I was watching AnoHana. Because this show is a little bit old, but it's still gold. Art: 9/10 So, you know, this anime was launched on 2011. And the art, on this year, was still not the best. But, A-1 Pictures studio (since your foundation) is always producing a lot of stunning art-looking animes. I hardly found the HD episodes of AnoHana, but the art was so great for an anime of this year. I mean, for me, the saddest animes that A-1 Pictures produced were: AnoHana and Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso (those are very f*cking sad and with truly emotional stories). And AnoHana's animation art is pretty above average. I got confused by the art style between this and Darling in the FranXX (I already said that on my Darling's review), but they aren't from the same director, so it got me confused. But the art on AnoHana is pretty good, and pretty decent on my opinion. The scenarios design is pretty pretty realistic, and the character design is something very cute, specially when it comes about Menma (owww, she was so cute, but she died, and this fact just broke my heart into a lot of pieces). But the art is very good, so, there's not too much to talk about this point. It's a little bit simple, but it's very beautiful and gleaming to look. So, 9/10, because is quite gorgeous, specially the main bridge art design (that's on the main cover artwork), and about the scenarios style. These two things are so pretty. 9/10 Sound: 10/10 Ok, it's being hard to me, to don't cry while write this review, so I'm trying to contain myself. The soundtrack aspect makes AnoHana even more memorable. Both opening and ending are so perfect and delightful to hear. Both of them were give to me an nostalgia feeling, and that was something new to me. Just hearing (and seeing) the opening, it already makes me cry, because the opening just reflects the major of things about the anime, and the opening and ending lyrics are so beautiful and emotional. It talks about: love, youth, childhood, the dreams that we already had on our childhood, about hope, and the lyrics also reflects about the main things on the anime. And if you pay a lot of attention, you'll notice that: the opening was sung by the Jintan's voice actor, and the ending was sung by the voice actors of Analu, Tsuruko and Menma. And also this fact just get me to the emotions. Sorry, but I'm the type of person that cry so easily with the things. And, the background soundtracks is not something very visible, but it's very touching to hear. There's only piano background soundtracks, but only on the moments when it has flashbacks of their childhood with Menma. And the piano soudtracks was so touching to hear, makes me even sadder, because those flashback moment are very catchy. So, I got more emotioned by the ending song, due to the style, etc. And with the final moment, the "Secret Base" song just fitted so perfectly, and it was like an heartbreaking moment. And mixed with this song makes more even sad. So, 10/10. It's something very memorable, and one of the main elements that will make you sad with AnoHana. Character: 10/10 And the character aspect was something very inspiring. We can describe all the characters (before and after the Menma's death): Jintan, before the main guy who was the leader of everyone, and after the guy that doesn't leave his home, and having a lot of regrets and blame above Menma; Analu, before the shy girl, that was a little bit unsecure with herself and wished to be like Menma when she was a child, and after the girl that made some friends, a very outgoing and stressful girl with Jintan situation, and still wants to be like Menma; Poppo, well he didn't change almost anything about his personality: he continues to be the most friendly guy on the anime, before and after the Menma's death, and he's very kind, and still likes of his old friends, even with the tragic accident; Yukiatsu, before the quiet guy, that didn't consider Jintan as the leader of the team, and loved so much Menma, and after the sporty and smart guy (that studies on an advanced school), and hates Jintan, because he thinks that Jintan was the responsible by the Menma's death. And Tsuruko; she also didn't change her personality, before and after the Menma's death: she continues to be the shiest girl on the group, but now, she's on the same school of Yukiatsu, and she's still a little bit unsecure with herself. So, all the characters are descriptable, and in one time or another, you'll ended up identifying with one of them. I identified myself with Jintan, because he was the member of the group that loaded a lot more of regrets about Menma (and that's something that really hitted me). Again, the characters are very inspiring, and you'll experience their: situations, pains and unsecurities. Especially about the Menma's mother, because she was really suffering by the death of her daughter, and I felt her suffering so so hardly. And there's one main interesting thing that you can learn about the Japanese culture: when the people die on Japan, the members of your family (and your friends): lights up an incense, and pray for the died people to stay good, anywhere they are. And they do this in front of an portrait of this people, with a lot of candles and flowers on the background. And that's something very good to know about the Japaneses, but the death of the people, for us, is something very hurtful, because you lost an important people to your life development, right? But on the Japan's culture don't! They believe that the people die, but when they die, they go to an place called "Limbo" (which is basically an place that's the transition between the death and the reincarnation). Because the Japan's culture believes that people can reincarnate on an near future, but in an another form (like in an form of: another person, or of an object, etc.) This looks a little bit strange, but yeah! I respect that! So, the characters is something very unique and will touch your heart in a lot of moments, that you'll feel of what they are passing, right? 10/10, that's a fixed thing. I would like to talk more about the characters, but it's something a little bit unexplainable, simple words can't explain about the beauty of all the characters, and about their feelings. It's an heartbreaking element on AnoHana. Enjoyment: 10/10 Overall: 10/10 So, as you guys could see, I cried too much with AnoHana, because it was an slice-of-life anime that really got my respect. I ended up this anime today (surprisingly), and I kept crying for like 30 minutes or something after finish the last episode. You know, our parents probably don't like too much about that, because: "they also think that some shows can be very sad, but it's only reasonable to cry during watching, right? And after watch something like that, tears after watching are something very exaggerated, that we don't need to be like that, because (at least my parents) they keep saying that the things that happen on the animes wasn't happened on my life, etc". Well, what can I do??? Most of the animes are very sad with inspiring messages and lessons, because Japanese are attached to make shows of that type, right? And I like too much of anime, so what can I do? The things above, at least my parents, are keep saying to me. But I don't care too much about that, because sometimes we really need to cry, right? We need to reflect about the actual that we're living, because life is very hard nowadays (specially on this quarantine), so can't we suffer for a little bit?? Lol, it looks funny, but it's true. We need a balanced life, between happiness and sadness. That's an fact! But I never expected to cry with an anime in the same way as Koe No Katachi. Because this movie was the saddest one I've ever seen. And I wasn't expecting to cry as the same way it was with Koe No Katachi, and it was!!! On the final episode, I cried like a child, and I really need to hope that, one day, Menma will reincarnate to the world again. Again, she's not a real person, but: WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH, MENMA!!! YOU ARE AN HEARTWARMING CHARACTER, THAT WILL STAY ON OUR HEARTS FOREVER!!! I just got emotional, by only saying that, yeah!!!! And after the big rivers of tears, AnoHana is an anime to make you breath so deeply, and think: what were the most hurtful regrets on my life until here?? Am I being a good persom until here? And yeah, AnoHana just passed three beautiful messages: keep the image of dear people for you FOREVER on your heart (even they're dead or not); valorize more the people around you; and even with the difficulties and pains that the world can bring to you, you need to go ahead, maturate and continue to be a kind person with your next, so as the Menma said: "You need to continue to be friends and stay together forever, even if I'm no longer among you guys". That's definitely was a shot on the chest, and I'm pretty that this anime can change the life of many people, as with me. So, yeah. I finish my review right here. I really enjoyed too much AnoHana, and as Koe No Katachi, I cried rivers after watching, and it can take a place on my heart so easily. Inspiring characters and life-changing story makes AnoHana as a masterpiece. AnoHana is definitely on my top 10: best animes that I've ever watched. It's something memorable, and for the curiosity: AnoHana, on Japanese, literally means: "the flower that blooms". So, same as the whole name: "AnoHana: The Flower We Saw that Day". And the last things that Jintan said on the last episode just intensified my feelings harder and harder. But, anyway, 10/10 to this anime. It's very unexplainably perfect the beauty of AnoHana, and you noticed that l like too much to do long reviews, and this is also another one. Have a nice day, guys! Bye!

No Game No Life

No Game No Life was an anime that tried so hard to mix: gambling games with Isekai and fantasy elements, and it worked so perfectly. This anime was so impressive since the 1st episode. Well, is it can be an anime that mixes Kakegurui and Re:Zero??? HECK YES, and it just fitted so perfectly, like a coin, right? And I don't understand why an perfect anime has some bad reviews. I really wanted to give a red card to those people, because if you guys didn't like of No Game No Life, I mean: review your tastes, right? So, let's start!
Story: 9/10 [WARNING: SPOILERS AND SPOILERS, ... AS ALWAYS] The story is about two twin-brothers called Sora and Shiro, and both of them are really great gamers, that doesn't leave their house. But one day, the two were invoked, by an mysterious entity called Teto, to another world. And the only way that Sora and Shiro can go out from this world is playing gambling games with people of Elquia empire, respecting all the rules on this world, which are basically: 【1】 All bloodshed, war, and pillage is forbidden throughout the world. 【2】 All disputes are to be resolved through the outcome of games. 【3】 In games, wagers will be made on what both parties decide to be of equal value. 【4】 Unless contrary to "Three", the game content and the things wagered do not matter. 【5】 The challenged party has the right to decide the contents of the game. 【6】 "As per the Oath", the wager will be unconditionally adhered to. 【7】 All matters for group conflicts will be decided by a representative. 【8】 If cheating is detected during a game, it will be regarded as a defeat. 【9】 The above rules are unconditionally everlasting, upheld in the name of God. 【10】—— Everyone should get along while playing games. So, if they get to win against the majority of the people on Elquia empire (and turn themselves to the substitute kings of the empire), they're able to play against Teto (the God of the Games on this alternative world). And if they win against him, they can go out of this world. Well, I can't think in any anime, that have an identical premise. It clearly exists some of them that have some similar, but not the same. After Re:Zero, I found No Game No Life: the second best Isekai anime ever. Because it's so intriguing on all the times, especially with the presence of Sora (which is the most badass protagonist on the entire anime). And I mean, a lot of militant people (mainly on Twitter, because this specific social media is a mess right now) are talking bad about No Game No Life, because they found this anime: very offensive, when it comes to: 1 - unnecessary ecchi; 2 - pedophilia (which doesn't make any f*cking sense); 3 - incest; and 4 - the female characters having big tits, being a very exploitable thing. So, these people doesn't have any idea of what they're talking about. Have you seen the age rating of No Game No Life on the Netflix? Well ............................. IT'S 18+, so what could you expect about this? Did you think that this show would be an light anime, with no exaggerated things??? Bruh, th-th-the fact that you didn't like of this show (about those reasons) is misleading. Sorry, but you're passing shame, right? Because is not today that japaneses puts some ecchi on their animes, this is something that we really need to conform nowadays. We have many many shounen and Isekai animes, that have the ecchi in some scenes, such as: Boku No Hero, Fire Force, and etc. But those people just thought that the ecchi on No Game No Life was too forced. And I mean: NO!!! If you think on that way, you only just paid attention on the ecchi, not on the story itself. The premise was something that I already thought that: it will be badass. And it was. But the fact that some people just gave hates to this anime (due to the unnecessary ecchi and wrong things) is basically the same when it comes to criticize the big tits' element on Uzaki-Chan, for example. Those animes just suffered by this reason, but it didn't affect the audience. Most of the people, including me, just liked No Game No Life so much, and it collected a lot of money. So, about the unnecessary ecchi, it's already explained. Now, speaking about the pedophilia and incest on this anime, bruh: what the hell are you thinking about? Ok, this is something that I need to agree: it's visible. But, as the ecchi, those elements don't affect the fact that No Game No Life is a perfect anime. The incest (which is something very dumb to think it has on the anime) is not an hardcore thing, and it doesn't almost exists. Same for the pedophilia on this anime, bruh. I'm laughing so hard and feeling pity of those people, while I'm typing my review, but okay. So, this aspect isn't also an heavy thing. And about the girls' big tits on this anime, I mean: what would you expected? Uzaki-chan was so dropped down, due to militant girls on Twitter that disrespect Uzaki's body and her tit size, because it's something very hard to have on the real life. But, you're comparing an human being with an anime character (an imaginary person). Sorry, but it's so funny. So, the fact that some people didn't like it about these aspects, well, it doesn't make the anime worse. You can see, on MAL, that: the most of the otakus liked of this show. And because, they aren't giving a f*cking single care to those things. Any animes have this (the ecchi, some of them are more hardcore, but another of them are more softcore), and those people are revoking beings that don't exist on the real life. Sorry, but I feel pity for these community. So, I gave to the story an 9/10, because I'm not militant (that invoke with anything), and all the moments on No Game No Life just gave to me a lot of goosebumps. It was freaking amazing, I need to say. Clearly, it has some moments that it was a punch to the feels: the fact the Stephanie Dola lost her father (the king of Elquia) is very sad, but she's so funny on the anime, that I cried with laughter in a lot of moments. So, yeah! 9/10. I'm not an boring person (militant), and the story was perfect. Art: 9/10 So, at the first look, I noticed that the art-looking of this anime was so clear and shiny, that I was like: "wow, it hurts my eyes". And it is on the entire anime, but it wasn't something that really stressed me. I thought: well, No Game No Life was produced by Madhouse studio, and this studio is so great about the animation art quality. We can see a lot of animes from this studio, that has: a stunning art (such as Claymore, Overlord, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Wolf Children, and etc.). And with No Game No Life, well...... it was good, we can't say that the art was bad, but sometimes it can be lacking. But the character design and the scenarios were so perfectly worked. The scenarios are very realistic, at the first look, and we saw a lot of scenes with beautiful looking lightning bolts and strikes (which was so stunning). Again, we can expect big things coming from Madhouse (such as: beautiful animations, good hecking stories), and they made a good thing again. No Game No Life, when it comes to the art design, delivered a great experience. The colors are so vivid, and clearly it had some moments that left me gaping, because it's stunning, right? The only deffect is: it can be so shiny and hurtful to your eyes, sometimes. But, excluding this aspect, the art is very perfect, the character design can be simple sometimes (specially about the eyes that, sometimes, they don't have emotional or pretty eyes), but this fact doesn't matter so much. The art is gorgeous, as a lot of animes from Madhouse. So, 9/10, my man it's was so gleaming to look, and an collyrium to my eyes. And I bet a lot of people think the same. Sound: 10/10 The soundtracks, on literally all the time, are an unbelievably great element on No Game No Life. The opening song was so beautiful and very great to hear, and the background soundtracks just fits on the right moments, all the time. We saw a lot of scenes that shows games between Sora (and Shiro) against another people, and the soundtrack on the background is something fantastic. There's some funny moments, some goose-bumpy moments and some sad moments, and clearly we have soundtrack to fit to all these moments. DAMN, I was hecking impressive to this element. The ending was also very good, and the fact that Isekai animes doesn't need to have excentric songs (to be good) just makes No Game No Life better with the course of the episodes. And the soundtracks with musical keyboard (in the most of the scenes) just makes this anime cooler and more intriguing. So, there's nothing too much to talk about the soundtrack. Again, Madhouse studio is a very studio when it comes to sound aspects (specially with the One Punch Man's opening songs, which were so remarkable, right?). And with No Game No Life, it turned to the same thing. So, it's something that you can't deny that it's great. IT'S AN FACT. I gave it 10/10, and sorry. I know I can give a lot of 10/10s for many animes, but I don't like to be so harsh and critic, okay? 10/10. Character: 9/10 YES, 9/10. Again, I don't care if the girls have big tits (this is just an stupid implication). The thing that is really important is: the character development. So, on No Game No Life, it was an insanely great point. Sora is the best one (and the most badass on the entire anime). Basically, the main characters are: Sora, the badass guy, that is insanely good on online games; Shiro, his sister, which is very shy, a girl of few words, and helps Sora when he's in trouble on their games (again, both of them are very good gamers); Stephanie Dola; a very shameful, outgoing and very funny girl, that isn't so good with gambling games (and she was the daughter of Elquia's king); Chlammy Zell, an half-elf girl that born without remembering about her mother, and she can be a very skilled girl at the first look, but she's also very shy and very unsecure with herself sometimes (specially when she was a little child, which she was cared by the half-demon elf girl called Feel); Feel Nilvalen and Jibril, the two main half-demons elf girls, which are the most powerful elfs on this alternative world (and especially on the movie, when they two are fighting themselves, and I'll definitely watch No Game No Life: Zero movie later). So, the characters were really well developed, clearly it would be very interesting if this anime would show the past of them (even though it was showed a little bit the past of Sora and Shiro, which Shiro is the step-sister of him, but it wasn't explained so good at all. It just showed some takes, but it wasn't enough, at least for me). But, the character personality development was insanely good, there's no way to consider this point as a bad point, because bruh....... to go straight to the point: THIS ANIME JUST BLEW MY MIND. The experience of watching was so hecking, and I'm not sucking the balls of No Game No Life. NO!!!! LOL, but after Re:Zero, the Isekai anime world really just pushed me, and I'm amazed with this type of genre right now. Re:Zero and No Game No Life are the best Isekais of all the time, you can judge me, but it's almost like a true (a fact that we can't disagree). So, 10/10, the fact the it didn't showed the characters didn't frustrated me. 10/10, sorry but I can't hold it, because I'm not an heavy critic! Enjoyment: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 So, overall, the story was good, but it lost -1 point, because of the final. Between the first episode, and the fight between Sora and Shiro against Izuna (the little grandchild girl of Ino Hatsune, an ancient man, that leads an santuary with girls in the form of cat with big tails, which turned to a little fetish for Sora, lol) were the best moments. But the last episode was clearly a filler. No Game No Life has an unconclusive ending, which leave us wondering the biggest quesition: will Sora and Shiro get out of this world? Will they win against Teto, the God of the Gamers? Well, WE STILL DON'T KNOW!!! Fans claimed that the movie doesn't explain about that (that it's more an darker version of the original story, because it shows an Sora with white hair, and an Shiro in robotic version, facing a big disaster and destruction on this world, due mainly to the fight against Feel Nilvalen and Jibril). I'll definitely watch the movie later, but the movie wasn't an conclusion for the story. It's more like an adaptation of another manga collection (that doesn't have anything about Sora and Shiro). But, considering the amount of money that the creator got with this anime (speaking about the sells of blu-ray and the original material), it's more like an obligation to have a season 2, but there's one polemic point: the final of the anime was changed, because they adapted only the first three volumes of the manga. And for the final, they skipped the volume 4 and 5, and went straight to the volume 6. So, it was a little bit sketchy, because if they skipped some volumes: how can they produce a good season 2? (especially talking about the start of the season 2). It was a little doubtful this choice, because now we need to know: how will they produce a good season 2, but I'm having my hopes high. I mean, a lot of fans just looked in a ugly way to the movie, because they really wanted an season, not an movie. And for that reason (that they just skipped some manga volumes) made me being with a strange feeling, because when I watched the ending of the anime, I also felt something strange with that, and I just did an research on Google (about the chances of season 2 of No Game No Life), and I found this specific adversity: that they skipped some manga volumes. And I was thinking like: NO, HECK NO, HECK NO, THEY DIDN'T DO IT! But, I'm still getting my hopes high, because the No Game No Life's fandom is very very big nowadays, and I know: a lot of people are also talking about this anime so much. So, it's an obligation to have an season 2. I finish my review right there, and I was kinda disappoiting about the ending of No Game No Life, but: I know this anime has a big hype, so it will clearly have (in a near future), a season 2! It's fact! Have a nice day guys, and bye bye!

Kakegurui××

So, I gave -1 point to the 2nd season (on the first season, it was 8), by the simple fact: the ending was too opened. I mean, I'm not judging harsh Kakegurui for that (I really loved that show), but the final of the 2nd season was left in opened. The 2nd season (Kakegurui xx) is just basically a sequel of the 1st one.
Story: 7/10 Art: 9/10 Sound: 9/10 Characters: 8/10 Overall: 7/10 My rates basically continues to be the same. On the 2nd season, it has an big deepening about the Momobami hierarchy (family). So, surprisingly, there's more characters with the surname ended with: bami ... (have you seen the similarity?: yumeko jaBAMI, kirari momoBAMI, rei matsuBAMI, etc.) That's the new thing on the 2nd season, and it was also unpredictable. And on the 2nd one, it also has the election of the new student council president, because Kirari wants to hang out of the Hyakkaou's school. And Terano TotoBAMI (that suffers from health problems) consider Kirari a shame to the Momobami clan, because in all the time, she thinks that Kirari is only the best gambler on the family because Kirari always wants to show off, and the fact the Kirari wants to get out of the school is a shame to her. Those relationships weren't explained exactly on the anime, but I felt it was okay. Because that's not the main thing, so we can leave it in second-hand. Overall, the final was opened, because the election for the president wasn't concluded, and the last episode, at least for me, was a filler. About the another aspects, it's still the same (I enjoyed so much). But the conclusion for the 2nd season wasn't good, I really expected more. So, for that reason, we definitely need a 3rd season to finish the story, right?? We really want to know: who'll win the election of the next president? Will be Yumeko? Or will Kirari continue to be the actual leader of the student council? We still didn't know, but they definitely need to do a season 3 to give a perfect conclusion. I give it 7/10, and yes!! My review was different for the 1st season, because for me, it was a little bit better. But, we really need Kakegurui xxx, because I'm (and I believe that everyone is) very intrigued of: what'll be the result for this election, right?? So, yeah, it was very good, but season 3 please, we need it. Peace to all of you guys. Bye!

- "The willingness to bet, for most people, is only related to the rewards that one of the players will receive. This is a great concept of our current capitalist society. There are even people who risk their own lives to be able to win some coins, but even so, the casinos still continue to be filled, because many people know the real pleasure and madness that gambling games causes within themselves. " -
So, yeah! This quote is directly from Yumeko Jabami, the most psychotic girl on this anime. Kakegurui is an anime for people who wants to look a badass, right? I'll not coil ... with the introduction (something I always use to do), so yeah! Let's go! Story: 8/10 [WARNING: SPOILERS AS ALWAYS] Even the plot can be a thing that you'll think: humm, this anime will be wild. AND IT IS!! Kakegurui talks about the Hyakkaou, an prestigious school by your fame in gambling games, and this school is near to comemorate your 12th anniversary since your foundation. The majority of the students on this school are the richest people in the world, and the most skilled on gambling games. On the first episode, we're introduced to the main characters: Mary Saotome, Suzui Ryouta and mainly YUMEKO JABAMI. So, Suzui is with a really great debt, because everything in this school is based on gambling (not with grades, sports abilities, or something). The gambling games can determinate: if you can continue to study on Hyakkaou or not. And the students that are with a lot of debts can turn to a pet (a mutt, referring to the girls). And Suzui is on that situation, which can result in your expulsion (after losing a game with Mary Saotome). But, fortunately, a mysterious new girl called Yumeko Jabami came to that school, and she can save Suzui's life. So, on the first look for everyone, Yumeko looks a cute girl, that understand just the basic of casino games, but after Mary Saotome has invited her to play game called "Rock, Paper and Scissors by Vote" (which is basically the classic rock, paper and scissors, but on that, you can't choose what you want. Basically a lot of people draws an rock, paper or scissors symbols in mini papers, and put on a casket. After that, the two main players will pick, randomly, three papers that can contain: the three options, or repeated options). So, before that game, all the characters thought that Yumeko is a cute girl, but after this game against Mary just started, Yumeko proved that she can be very wild and skilled on gambling games. This, clearly, scared the people on the class (specially Mary). But, after that, Mary Saotome simply lost against Yumeko, resulting in a big debt. For Suzui, this was impressive. And, the fact that he was the guy that introduced the school to Yumeko, made her give a great amount of money, to basically award him for the fun that she had with her first gambling game, and help him so he wouldn't leave the Hyakkaou school, due to his big debt. So, this was the first episode. Starting on the 2nd episode, things starts to be wilder, with Yumeko playing against the members of Hyakkaou's student council (the group of students and school adminstrators, that are the best gambling gamers on all the school, even Sumeragi is not the best gamer, because she entered on the council due to an donation that her father made to the school). Yumeko lost against Yuriko Nishinotoin, and turned to a mutt. You'll feel a little bit of pity by her, but she recovered your position, so it's fine. And the episode that Yumeko and Kirari Momobami were fighting themselves (in a gambling game) makes Kakegurui more goose-bumpy. And I need to admit: I felt a lot of goosebumps on this first episode, and this was one of the main reasons that made me to continue to watch Kakegurui. The start was impressive, I felt like: WOAH!!! THIS EPISODE IMPRESSED ME. And yeah, a lot of people gave Kakegurui a low rate because those people thought this anime is: very appelative, the characters are very wild, and the things that are said in this anime are very inappropriate and horrific, anyway: those people felt very offended with Kakegurui. I mean, yeah! It can be very exaggerated sometimes, but to clarify: KAKEGURUI ISN'T FOR KIDS. This anime, for a lot of people, is considered: "a very great appeal, and can turn the people very addictive to gambling games". Well, it depends of the way you watched it. This anime, for me, started in wildly way, the 1st episode was so impressive, that I felt: like I was taken by a big gust of wind. I know, this looks strange, but this anime is, clearly, to explode your brain with the genius that Kakegurui has. It's also anime for people who want to be a badass, but the psychological aspect only makes this anime better with the course of the episodes. Anyway, there's nothing to talk about the story, it's goose-bumpy, and will make you glazed, always wanting to know: what'll happen on the next episode. The anime can be scary, but that's the point that makes Kakegurui a badass anime. So, I rate it: 8/10, because the story is unbelievable and unpredictable, but there's some holes, and I'll talk about them later. But, overall, the story is not so memorable, but it's insanely great. Art: 9/10 So, Mappa is one of the most famous anime studios by the gorgeous art. They produce very very stunning animes, such as: Dororo, Zankyou no Terror, Zombieland Saga, Yuri! on Ice, and etc. And Kakegurui is one of them: the art has a beautiful looking: it's pretty somehow, right? The anime story can be an horrifying thing, but the art is very detailed. The traces, the scenarios, the textures, and even the opening art can turn to stunning wallpapers to put on your phone, right?. The art is very great, as the majority of animes by the MAPPA studio. The character design is f*cking amazing, right? Very details, stunning and realistic scenarios, vivid colors, and beautiful character design are the main aspects of Kakegurui's art. I mean, there's nobody that can say the art is bad, because bruh: look at the style. Do you have courage to say the art is a shit? NO, you clearly don't have. So, the art is beautiful. Again, the story can be scary or spooky, but at least, the art can be a collyrium to the eyes. So, 9/10, no deffects at all, and yeah! Sound: 9/10 The soundtracks is also one of the things that can make you addictive to Kakegurui. Specially on the opening: "Deal with Devil". The opening song is very addictive, and it's stuck on my head, right? The background soundtracks are also one of the things that make this anime even more great and more tense. There's some funny moments, and there's another moments that you can easily make a face compilation video, right? Because, returning to the art, the design is beautiful, and the character face design is very great and detailed (it can turn to a spooky material in some moments). But, clearly, Kakegurui has a lot of horrifying (scary) moments, and the background soundtrack contribute to make it be a lot even better. On the tense moments, they putted the right soundtracks on the time, and some funny moments, there's also some good and exquisite (stylish, to give a more "rich" air) soundtracks. So, my man, the sound aspect is also very beautiful. So, I rate it 9/10. MAPPA studio is not the best on this aspect, but Kakegurui just moved me on and made me think the opposite (that they can make catchy soundtracks and songs). Character: 8/10 So, speaking about characters development, is not the best aspect. You know, I cherish too much about story and character development, and if these two things are not well worked, I'll definitely drop. Kakegurui's characters development is not the best, but one thing about that, that make me motivated to finish this anime is because of their personality traits. The explanation about their pasts is not the best, the only two characters that are average on this aspect is Yumeko and Kirari (because it was showed a little bit about their pasts: Yumeko is gambling and was transfered to a new school, because she wanted to protect your old sister of an serious illness, that until the present moments, we don't know: what illness is, and what happened with Yumeko parents, because they didn't showed on the anime; and about Kirari Momobami, and how she became the actual student council president). Basically, Yumeko, Mary and Kirari are the main girls (and the most badass characters) on the anime. And there's some crazy characters, specially Midari Ikishima, because she's an insane bitch, right? LOL, but the fact that Kirari judged her (and it resulted by she removed her own right eye, and hurted herself) was definitely crazy and insanely good, okay? I know, some people don't like of scenes like that, but I don't have trigger with these types of animes. Some animes like that (with psychological genre) are really dumb and horrible, but Kakegurui don't! I don't know how I can explain that, but Kakegurui hitted different on me. The characters past are not the best thing, but at least, their personalities are impressive. That's something that you can't deny, right? Specially about Yumeko: she can be crazy and insane, but she's cute sometimes, and a very good gambler, right?? So, 8/10, because about the character development. It's not the best, but their personalities can make this aspect so amazing. 8/10. Enjoyment: 8/10 Overall: 8/10 Usually, I like so much to make big reviews (and talk so much about the animes that I watch), but there's nothing too much to talk about Kakegurui. It's an insanely great anime, and there's a lot of people that consider the anime (the story and the plot) very exploitable, but not for me. This anime gave me goosebumps in a lot of moments, and it's: like you were receiving a big wave of winds straight to your face, because this anime is very unpredictable and unbelievably absurd, in a lot of moments. So, I gave this a 8/10. Some people are very harsh with this anime, but again, Kakegurui is not for everyone: it's only for people that like to watch psychotic (not so much) and unpredictable animes. I don't like too much the psychological genre (I like more of drama genre), but this one really really intrigued me and excited me. I also already watched the 2nd season, so I'll review it later. But, for while, Kakegurui is definitely 8/10 for me. Some people underestimate this anime so much (and I don't exactly understand why), but I liked it. You can judge me, but the fact that you didn't like Kakegurui won't change nothing. It's 8/10 for me FOREVER, so yeah! Finish right there, and have a nice day guys! Bye!

"I just want to start from the zero"
Directly from Rem, one of the best waifus ever, even though Subaru didn't want to end up with her lol. So, Re:Zero can even start by the dumbest way possible, but man, give a chance to this show, because it's f*cking amazing. Ok, let's go! Story: 10/10 [WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS, SO READ IT ON YOUR OWN RISK] At first look, I thought it would be so cliched and offensive for my brain. But as the story develops with the course of episodes, it turns from a cliched show to an impressive and unbelievable show. On the 1st episode, we're introduced to ... Subaru, the main character. And he, out of the blue, is taken to another world (after he goes out from an convenience store, in the midnight, and after having play a lot of videogames). So, in this another world, Subaru meets an beautiful girl with silver hair called Emilia (a girl with magical powers, with an spirit in the form of cat called Puck). And she is, supposedly, the envy witch Satella. So, Subaru ends up staying with Emilia in her mansion, with: her boss (Mathers Roswaal), her two maids (Rem and Ram) and with an kid girl (called Beatrice) that passes a lot of time reading books in the mansion's library. So, with the course of story, Subaru is passing by a lot of situations (in which most of them results in the Subaru's death, but fortunately, he has the power of relife and reincarnate) and meeting a lot of people in this fantasy world, with the main objective to thank Emilia for saved him. Because, on this episode, when Subaru just went to an another world, he was facing a hard situation, in which he could be stolen by delinquent guys on this world. But, on that situation, Emilia appeared and avoided it. Pratically saved Subaru's life, because those bad guys were also there with the intensions of fight and hurt Subaru, but as I said, Emilia avoided it. And he, with the course of story, is making everything to thank her and doesn't forget her. I saw a lot of people talking bad about the story, because people consider Subaru an fearful protagonists, that dies by the dumbest ways possible. Well, NO!!! If you think on that way, you watched Re:Zero by the wrong way. Because, this show is not only about magic or Isekai vibes. This show, if you pay a lot of attention, also have some human things, such as: human sins, that can represented by the Majuus (dangerous creatures that, on the first look, has the appearance of an cute dog), and by the Petelgeuse (an creepy and horrible creature, that represents all the human sins in just one body). So, this things are slighty represented on Re:Zero, but it can be easily noticed. And the ROMANCE. So, if you guys don't know, I LOVE DORAMA ANIMES. So, I love drama and romance and coming-of-age stories, and I know that this type of genre is just the most difficult to turn to a good thing. Because, love relationships (not only with animes, but with any shows) is something very complicated to develop. Since, we have shounen animes (such: Demon's Slayer, One Punch Man, Mob Psycho, Bleach, and etc.). Shounen animes is not something very hard to do. You can think about: mecha robots, or swords, or martial arts, or superpowers, or an travel to another world, and done (but clearly shounen animes is the same as another types of animes). Some of them are really freaking amazing, but another of them just can turn to a failure. Because great animes are those that take a long time to be produced. But the romance is a very difficult barrier for everyone, because we have really very few great romance animes, because almost the majority of them is a shit. On romance animes, we need a big deepening of the characters, their relationships and how they are, right? I can say a lot of examples of romance animes that failed on these accepts, but just one is the enough: Glasslip. I'll make an review of this anime later too. And on Re:Zero, the romance exists, but it isn't the highest point on this anime. The Re:Zero's genre is clearly: fantasy and Isekai. But, they tried so hard to put romance, and they got it. The romance between Subaru and Emilia is good, but a little bit soulless, because in the most of the times, they're not together, so this couple can be without seasoning sometimes. Again, their relationship is very cute (and they done a very job on it), but we can't deny that this anime is an Isekai, not a whole entire romance, right? I'll talk also about the Subaru's deaths and about the queens of the empires in this another world (and how important they are for the development of the story). But, on the character section. But anyway, there's some mysteries that weren't explained, like: Is Emilia definitely the envy witch Satella? Or, where's the envy witch, is she really exists? But, fortunately, all these things are explained on the movie and on the season 2 (which I'll definitely watch it). But, at this point, the story is so great, there are not open-mysteries (I mean, it have it, but there are really few of them. I still didn't watch the season 2, but I really hope that the season 2 explains more about Rem. Because, even though she's really cute, some facts about her were really left in opened on the 1st season. Because, when Subaru dies and reincarnates again, things starts to be a little bit confusing. Re:Zero is an anime that you really need to sympathyze with all the characters, because all of them are important to the story. And you need to pay attention to all the details, so you'll need to use your brain so hard to really understand story, even though there some moments that are dumb for some people. But, the season 1 ended leaving Rem completely in opened. Ok, her story was showed (how she met Ram), but what happened with her in the final? I don't exactly know, but I really hope that the season 2 fix that. I know, it's already launched, but I'll watch it later. So, the 1st season ended up with this big question about Rem, but I need to admit: I like a little bit the opened mysteries, if they done right, okay? Because some animes also have an open ending, but it can turn to a stupid thing in some animes. So, I rate it 10/10 to the story. There's some mysteries, but the season 2 is already out. So, I'll give it another chance, but for while, I gave the story 10/10. It's surprising, shocking in sometimes, and unpredictable and unbelievable. It's not an cliched Isekai exactly (because there's some Isekais that are very bad). But, Re:Zero don't! The first episode can be dumb (with Subaru magically transported to another world, only rubbing his eyes). But the development after the episode 1 is amazing, right? I can't deny it. Art: 10/10 After Steins;Gate (which has an stunning art), I couldn't expect less on Re:Zero. Most of the animes from White Fox studio are very gorgeous, and it was not different for Re:Zero. The art is beautiful, there's some scenes that left me gaping, because it's stunning, right? The characters are also very detailed, with vivid colors, the eyes look full of emotions, and it can be an collyrium to your eyes. But I know that: White Fox doesn't hit right on all the times. Arifureta, which is from the same studio, made an unnecessary and an horrible use of graphic computation (3D animation). I need to admit: the texture of this anime is very ugly. But, with Re:Zero don't! Clearly, it would be a shame if they did the same with Re:Zero, but they paid a lot of respect with this aspect. Re:Zero also makes the 3D animation use sometimes, but they turned it to a beautiful thing, right? The silver hair and the purple eyes of Emilia were transformed to the perfect combination. The scenarios were really well worked, very realistic, and the traces are very sweet and gleaming to look, right? So, the animation is one of the top tier things on Re:Zero. I rate it 10/10. I can’t give a lower rate than that, because the art is so beautiful to give a low rate, right? Sound: 9/10 The soundtrack element on Re:Zero can turn to an addictive thing, okay? And I’m talking more specifically about the ending. The opening is good, but it’s not that catchy tho. The ending was better at all, for me. The guitar rhythms are one of the best things, and the fact that the voice actors of Emilia, Rem and Ram were singing the ending makes a lot better to hear. The background soundtracks just fitted so good on all the moments. There’s some melodramatic, some funny and some goose-bumpy background soundtracks. Again, White Fox studio just proved that they can really make great and above average soundtracks. If you’re an otaku, you really need to differentiate shounen animes from Isekai animes. Both of them have action moments included, but the theme and the premise of both are different, that’s something obvious. So, 9/10. -1 point, because about the opening. It was good and eccentric, but they could make a little better job on that. But, overall, the soundtrack of Re:Zero enjoyed me so much. I definitely gave to it a 9/10. Character: 8/10 Ok, I came to the most commented point of Re:Zero: THE CHARACTERS. Most of people like of this anime, but dislike a little bit because of Subaru Natsuki: the most fearful protagonist on all the anime. I mean, he can be very stressing sometimes, but in the most of times, he did some unpredictable, such as: fight and win against demonic creatures (the Majuus, the Petergeuse and the White Whale). He won, but he took a little amount of episodes (and an amount of deaths lol) to overcome them, right? And he can be weak sometimes (like in the sword fight between him and Julius, one of the main knights of the empire of Miss. Crusch Karsten). And dealing with Petergeuse and the Puck (the Emilia’s spirit in the form of cat), because these moments just proved that Subaru development can be lacking sometimes. And again, the best animes, for me, is those which has a great story and character development. The fact that Subaru can be lazy sometimes didn’t intrigue me! As the open-endings, the fearful protagonists are not the worst thing (if they done right). The main character can be boring, but in the most of times, this type of protagonist needs to do some unpredictable or absurd things, to win my respect. And Subaru got it. Because he’s the character that basically tries to break your personality traits sometimes, and turn to a new one. And it worked. Because, you’ll wish the death of Subaru (but he can reincarnate), and sometimes you won’t! And again, the reincarnation (or the power to relive) can be a good thing if they done right. Because reincarnation element was good on Re:Zero, but other animes just failed about: how to deliver this thing to us. For example: I mean, THE BIGGEST EXAMPLE FOR IT IS: Isekai Wa Smartphone. This also has the reincarnation element, but completely misleading and horrible. I didn’t need to finish this anime. I just watched the first four episodes, and it started very badly. If some animes just started with a confusing or with a very dumb and cliched first episode, I’ll definitely dropped it, right? But I clearly can give a second chance. Same thing with Re:Zero: I gave it a second chance, and it worked. But with Isekai wa Smartphone NO!!!! This one was destined to be cursed and bad, right? But, it worked with Re:Zero. There’s nothing on there that offended my brain. Another characters were really well developed, specially with Emilia, Rem and Ram (who were my best ones). And about the four queens (Emilia, Crusch, Anastasia and Priscilla), when you saw Re:Zero for the first anime, you probably wondered: excluding Emilia, what was the heck importance of the another queens??? Well, the main event for the development of the story was: the election of the next queen of Lomunica (because Lomunica is the place on this another world, that has 4 empires, led by a respective queen. And just one of these queens can be the ruler of all the Lomunica). It’s just basically that. But the main event was that. And without the another main queens, the story could be a shit, right??? They were important, and if you think the opposite, you need to watch Re:Zero again. And the most intriguing moment was the confusion and destruction on Crusch’s empire, by the White Whale. Damn, this gave me goosebumps. So, I rate it 8/10. Because, it just lost 2 points, because of Subaru. I’m not saying he is the “worst protagonist ever”. NO!!! But, sometimes, he can be very boring. Is Subaru better than Shinji from Evangelion?? HECK YES!!!Shinji is dumb, and I’m not sorry with that. Evangelion is a little bit good also, but the character development sucks, okay? And Subaru Natsuki is not the worst. So, I gave 8/10, practically all the characters are the best ones. Enjoyment: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 Usually I don’t like too much of Isekai animes, but this one really pushed me to this world (of the Isekai and fantasy genre). There was some moments on Re:Zero that really was a punch to the feels, such as: the Subaru’s suffering, and the fact the he rejected Rem. SHE DIDN’T DESERVE IT. SHE WAS A GOOD GIRL AT ALL. If you didn’t cry about her, I cried, but a little bit. Because this show is not exactly sad, is more drawn to be goose-bumpy, scary (in some moments, mainly with Petergeus and Rem, because she’s cute, but she scared me sometimes), outgoing and really a good hecking Isekai. I’ll definitely watch the season 2 (and also the movie, fans claimed that the movie shows the past of Emilia, so I’ll not lose the opportunity to watch it), but I’m not having time enough, right? Online classes, if you can understand me. And I have a big list of dorama animes that I need to watch in this quarantine. But I’ll definitely take a little bit of my time to watch, at least, the season 2. Re:Zero really intrigued me, and I really want to know more about the story and the characters. This anime was good, but the fact that I give 9/10 to this one is the character development. It’s so great, but it can be lacking sometimes (and when it lacks, which is rare, it turns to a bad thing). But, overall, even the characters can be a little bad, the story, the soundtrack and the animation art are top tier. So, White Fox studio impressed me one more time. So, to finish, I give it 9/10. Have a nice day guys, bye!

There's one main thing I need to say about Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor: The premise looks generic, but the story don't! I mean, if you see the plot, you'll notice that this show is about: witches and magicians. It looks like something I already saw: is it basically Little Witch Academia, without the flying brooms? Basically yes lol, but I noticed that's more than that. Usually, I don't like being so harsh when it comes to make anime reviews. Akashic Records is quite enjoyable. It's not the best, but it's not the worst show I've ever seen. It's average, ok? So, let's get
...
into it.
Story: 8/10 [WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS] To start to talk about Akashic Records, if you look my reviews, you'll noticed that: the most important thing, for me, on the animes (or in any show) is: the story and character development, right? The history of Akashic Records takes place on Alzano Empire, an prestigious empire due to their big magician school, when there's a lot of young students, learning about magic powers and techiniques, to mainly fight against the enemy faction of the Alzano. And firstly, we're introduced to Glenn Radars, which is a man: that when he was an child, he was aspiring to be a master magician, due to books that he read, that were given to him by Celica Arfonia, the most powerful witch on Alzano Empire, and the main creator of the magician school. Years passed, and Glenn turned to a lazy man, that was summoned by Celica, to be an substitute teacher (that after, he turns an fixed teacher on the school). And we're also introduced to the two main girls: Sistine and Rumia. Sistine is the daughter of the greatest magician on the Alzano (that lives on an Sky Castle), and she's aspiring to be an magician as good as her father. And Rumia, which is the daughter of the Alzano's Queen, but she was abandoned by her mother, because since when she was born, she had (and still has) an dangerous magic power, that may can turn her into an monster. So, a lot of people on Alzano are behind her, to explore her, or to make her stay away from the people, because the contact with people can feed, more and more, your bad magic power. So, these two girls (specially Sistine) aren't accepting Glenn as a teacher on the magician school, because Sistine noticed that he's lazy and a disrespect to the magic society. But, the days passed, and Glenn start to take seriously the life of a magic teacher. You know, I used the words "magic" and "magician" on my review, until here, I know lol. But, this show is about that, but not only about that. There's a lot of dramatic moments, which is quite tense, but there's a lot of funny moments (for example: Glenn disturbing Sistine, specially on the first episode. The canteen scene and the battle between Glenn and Sistine, on the 1st episode, was the funniest moments on the anime, for me. And also, when Glenn is calling Sistine as "Shironeko", which is: "White Cat"). But there's some tense moments, such as: the beach episode (which I don't remember the number of the episode), when Glenn is looking to Sistine, and remembering of an deceased girl, who he met in the past (and fell in love in the past); the episode about Rumia and her mother (damn, really the relationship between them is a very deep thing: her mother abandoned her by the simple fact the she can turn to a monster, it was definitely a punch to the feels, but at the end, it was everything okay. I really wanted a scene, or a moment, that Rumia and her mother could pass more time together as a family. The fact that it doesn't have that scene got me a little bit frustrating, but yeah, everything ended okay, so it's a little bit fine at all); and on the last episode (with the Sistine's marriage scene and the final battle). Damn, these moments were very unexpected, and I like one thing (which is not an mentioned genre): ROMANCE. YES! You guys can't believe on it, but there's some romance on the story. It's a little bit visible the romance between Glenn and Sistine (even though Sistine hates him a little lol), but it's very cute sometimes. I definitely hated the relationship between Sistine and Leos Kleitos, because he was already an suspicious character, with suspicious intentions. Because he looks a very handsome man at the first glance, but we can't judge by the appearance, right? And with the course of the episodes (approaching to the end), we discovered that he was a very idiot character, right? So, I rate 8/10. It was very good, but I feel that some things are incomplete. Ok, the final of the story (last episode) was too closed, but I mean, I'm feeling that we need to have a 2nd season, right? Art: 9/10 Damn, the art is beautiful and very stunning. Some people don't agree with that, but the art is very great for an anime of this genre. Well, I never heard about the LIDENFILMS studio, it was very unknown for me, so I thought that they could be very sketchy about art aspects. But I just only needed to see Akashic Records, to prove the opposite (that they can make an beautiful design), right? The scenarios are very verdant, especially when it comes to more aesthetic traits. they worked really well on the castle design, and the characters design are very cute. When I started to watch it from the 1st episode, I noticed that it would have an pretty art. And it has. It's very detailed, and I actually need to admit: that I was very impressed and enchanted with this element. Because I mean, this will be a little bit dumb comparison, but I will compare Akashic Records and Konosuba: both of them have very similar premises (magic and Isekai), but the art of the two are very different. Konosuba's art is definitely more simple than Akashic Records. So, I started to watch Konosuba before Akashic (and I'll definitely watch it to the end, and make an review about Konosuba), and I can say: I was expecting an simple art on Akashic Records, because both of them have very similar premises, so we can expect very similiar art style, right? NO!!! It's very very different. While Konosuba is a funny and smoked anime (lol), Akashic Records is also about Isekai and magic, but it's more dramatic and romantic, right? Again, there's some moments that will shock you, and will give a punch to the feels. So, the art is a very freaking good element on this anime: 9/10. Sound: 8/10 Ok, the opening is addictive. I still can't take off the refrain from my head: "Fukadaou sae mo tobashiteikou BLOW OUT". The guitar on the opening is the catchiest thing on the sound aspects of Akashic Records. And the background soundtracks fits so perfectly. On the funny moments, it's the best thing. However, I feel I missed some things, for example: there's some dramatic moments on the anime, that the soundtracks doesn't fit. Again, I liked so much of the sound element, but I don't know: they could do a better job on it. Again, the soundtrack is basically the same thing as the anime: "It's not the worst, but it's not the best. It's average!". Same for soundtracks. The only really greatest thing (when it comes to the music of this anime) is the opening: very excentric, very beautiful (specially the contemplative takes) and the rhythms (the guitar on opening) are very addictive. So, yeah! 8/10. I'm giving that rate because LIDENFILMS studio also have the big potential to make great soundtracks. They got it, but not completely. It's a little bit catchy, but not something like: MEMORABLE, OR UNFORGETTABLE. It's on standard levels, the normal, okay? Characters: 7/10 Ok, the characters were really well built, but there's some weak points. My favorite ones are the main ones: Sistine, Rumia and Glenn. But, one another defect that Akashic Records have is the character development: again, they were very well developed, but the anime just basically focused on the main characters, which is a good thing, but I really wanted a wider thing about the characters. What about the past or life about the another students (such as: Wendy Nablesse, or Theresa Reidy). Or even, about the past of Sara Silvers (one of the most intriguing girls on the whole anime). The facts and things about Sara Silvers just passed like a light flash (like really quick). I really wanted to see more about. Ok, the anime talked a lot about her, but there's some things I really wanted to see (like I was feeling a little bitter taste on my mouth, I was feeling I miss something). For example: how did Sara and Gleen meet each other? Why did Glenn love so much Sara? Those things weren't explained, if I'm well informed, because I watched Akashic Records since a lot of months, so I don't remember everything of the story. So, if I'm wrong, correct me, okay? But, again, those things (as I can remember) weren't explained. I feel that Tarou Hitsuji should make an movie or an OVA explaining more about her, because she was left open. At least, it was explained: how did Glenn meet Albert Frazer and Re=L. As I can remember, they met each other during an attack on Alzano Empire (years ago), and Re=L almost knife Glenn lol that was intriguing, but they met each other of an unusual way. At the first, Glenn didn't believe that they were here to protect him, but with the course of time, yeah! You probably know what happen after that. So, the main characters are very important, but what about secoundary characters? WHAT ABOUT SARA SILVERS? I was really paying attention to her, but she was like an supporting character, but I was feeling that she could be a really important girl to the story. So, I rate 7/10. I mean Akashic Records is average in all the aspects, but the character development point was very average. It could be a lot better, LIDENFILMS studio could make really a lot better job on it, but it's acceptable. Even Sara Silvers was forgotten (which I found her very cute, very mysterious but very important to the story), the character development is quite acceptable. It has holes, but yeah. Compared to Uchiage Hanabi (which was probably the worst movie I've ever watched), Akashic Records is pretty well about characters. Enjoyment: 8/10 Overall: 8/10 Clearly, the story is a little bit generic, it has some holes, and some things didn't enjoy me. But, considering the majority of animes from the LIDENFILMS studio aren't memorable, it's quite interesting to see the amount of effort that they putted to do Akashic Records. The premise is very generic, it's not something like new (original idea). We're already saw animes or shows with magicians and witches (such as: Little Witch Academia and Harry Potter, or something). I can say that: Akashic Records looks a little bit that: is Harry Potter in anime version. It's quite funny to think on that way, but yeah! Akashic Records is a little bit the same that read a really fanciful book with a lot of unreal elements, such as: magic, powers, spells, curses, etc. But, I feel Akashic Records is different than that. It mixes magic and fantasy with drama and romance. Even though it's very common, Akashic Records kind of got to give: an more mature and deeper climate, with a lot of tense moments. So, is this show basically an more adult version of Harry Potter and of the Disney's fairy tales?. No, it's not well that. Because, we can saw a lot of things that can also happen in the real life (the main things were: the hard relationships between families, that can be seen between Rumia and her mother; and the distant or impossible love, that we can see on the Glenn and Sara Silvers relationship in the past). So, it's very fanciful, but there's some very deep things. So, it's not 100% a fairy tale. Again, the characters development is great, but it lacks sometimes. Specially from SARA SILVERS, bruh. I felt a lot of potential above her, and she didn't deserve to be only an supporting character. I was always feeling that she could have more attention, but we can do nothing, right? None anime is 100% perfect. Akashic Records sinned in some points, but in general, it's good. I'd give it a 6 or 7, but it would be very harsh, because Akashic Records showed it had a lot of potential, and it worked, but not completely. So I'll give 8. I'll not judge so hardly, because there's a lot of other really bad animes, and Akashic Records wasn't bad. It was pretty enjoyable at all. So, yeah. They delivered something good to me. I don't know if I will keep Akashic Records for a long time on my head, because isn't something remarkable, but the experience was good. I'll finish right there, and my opinion, overall, is: it's a good story, not the best, it has holes, but in general, I appreciated it. I reccomend you, at least, to take a quick look on that one. But, if you're more a harsh reviewer, then you won't probably like too much of this one. But it's acceptable. This was my review, it was very long, because I like a lot to type, to express my real opinion. But yeah! Thanks for reading until here, and have a nice day, guys. Bye!

Darling in the FranXX
(Anime)

I was reading some of the reviews, and I found that: a lot of people underestimate Darling in the FranXX so much, by the simple fact of: "the final of the anime is completely different from manga", or "it's an Evangelion's copy (from deep web)". Well, sorry if some people didn't like of this show, but I liked it, and I'll explain why. But before, I'm previously warning you that: this review contains a lot of spoilers, so don't see it if you still didn't watch Darling, okay?
Story: 9/10 The initial premise, I need to say: it's very look like Evangelion, but not completely. Well, the ... story is about: a group of human beings, that were taken to a capsule to be safe (after the attacks from the wars on the Earth). On this capsule, were sent a lot of children, that were destined to fight against Klaxosaurus. Those children, to fight against these creatures, are destined to pilot big mechas called FranXX, big machines that can only be piloted by two people (a girl and a boy). So, we're introduced to Hiro, an aspiring boy that failed to the FranXX's piloting test, and became an forgettable being. But, his life just changed when he met an girl with two horns called Zero-Two, which helped him to come back to his team, and made him to pilot the FranXXs again. So, yeah, but there's some point that you really need to know (or remember) if you want to watch Darling. The 1st one is: when these children were sent to a capsule (that's on the Earth), they stopped being real humans, because the leaders (basically the commanders of the capsule, and the guardians of FranXX hierarchy, with the objective to fight against Klaxosaurs) injected to them some species of "yellow blood", that removes sexual organs from human beings, because the children that were sent to the capsule mustn't practice human activities (because the people that were already on the capsule "the leaders" consider the human beings as the real enemies). The 2nd one is: by the simple theory (created by the FranXX leaders), the children from there can't use real names, so Hachi and Nana (the two main supporters) gave to all of the children a certain name code (such as Hiro, who was previously called by: Code 016). Now, it's time to go through the main questions: why Hiro and all of other were desiring to know more about the human culture, even though they forgot about: what is it like to be an human being? Well, this is just started from Zero Two: all you guys know that she's not a human (and there's a lot of rumors that: if you pilot an FranXX with Zero Two, you'll transform to her: an half-demon human). And the interest of the children to know about human beings started to come up from Zero Two, because Hiro (when he was a little child) just found Zero Two in the capsule forest, when it was winter. And Zero Two was also look like a little child as him. So, on that moment, he said to her a lot of human cultures, the main of them was: the human kisses (because on that age, the human kisses was the only thing Hiro could remember). Years passed, and both of two grew up, and Zero Two kept things that Hiro said to her for all this time. So, the interest for human beings started from her. And this feeling on the group intensified on that beach episode (don't remember what episode), but when all of them were on the "fake beach" (because I mean, nothing on this capsule is true, the winter, the climate variation and the beach are just holographic projection or something, and all the kids that were here didn't even know that). But, to continue, when all of them were on the "fake beach", they just found an uncommon place (because the capsule was on the Earth in all the time, but very distant from the destroyed places). So, they found an uncommon place, that was apparently destroyed, and they continue to walk on that place. So, Kokoro (in my opinion, the best girl on the anime) found a book that talks about: human pregnancy. YES! So, she found interesting, started to read the book, and due to that, the interest of discover about human culture (between all of them) just intensified. At the first time, they didn't believe on the things of the book, clearly. But, with the course of episodes, they started to doing some human things, such as: learn to cook your own foods, learn to share things between them, etc. And that's the most emotional element, for me. Because, at the start, they weren't humans (they were like parasites, or something), but they wanted to know more about humans. That's the main thing. So, yeah, I found very interesting, it's very look like Evangelion, I need to admit, but on Darling, the thing about big mechas is more fanciful, and for an anime of action and shounen genre, that's so essential. Evangelion is good, but you can judge me, but in my humble opinion, I think Darling is better. So I rate the story 9/10. Clearly, it has some holes, and the characters past is not completely showed, but it has some great elements, such as: the sentimentaly mixed with action and shounen. Generally, those two things, when they're mixed up, it doesn't combine in the most of the times. Because we have drama animes to be emotional and heartbreaking, and we have action animes to be freaking cool and give you goosebumps. And those two things combined, in the most of times, just failed to give a good anime. But Darling in the FranXX is a rare case, so yeah. You guys understood me. 9/10 Art: 8/10 The art is average. I need to say: I'm surprised that Darling is not from the same director of AnoHana, because the art style is very similar. So, for that reason, I got confused, but the art is pretty great and decent. Sometimes, it has an unnecessary use of 3D animation (specially on the Klaxosaurus design, which I noticed that a lot in Darling), and the mix between 2D and 3D animations is very difficult to become a good thing. I saw a lot of animes that tried to do it, and failed: the big example is Berserk, the 1st season was the best, but the remastered version was the worst thing I've ever seen. But, on the Darling in the FranXX, is a little bit the same thing. I can't say that is best use of 3D animation on the animes' world, but making an comparison between Darling and Berserk, Darling in the FranXX is 1000x better when it comes to 3D use. The animation is not the best, and you'll probably get confused, thinking that is from the same director of AnoHana, but this is the usual animation style of CloverWorks Studio, I mean: not the best, but it's acceptable. So I rate it 8/10. Sound: 9/10 Ok, so I was hearing the opening and the ending from the first time (when I started to watch Darling). The soundtracks is not that remarkable. I don't like too much of the opening, it could be a lot better, but the ending is very good to hear. The background soundtrack aren't almost a thing, because there's almost no background music (which is one of the essential things for action and drama animes). But, I'm not blaming the studio for that. Another example is: Kyoto Animation. Sometimes, they are not also so good about soundtrack element. And we all know that CloverWorks Studio is not responsible by a big amount of animes. Speaking about sound, in my opinion, Bunny Girl Senpai and all Fate animes are better on this aspect. These two animes are from the same studio, and they have more soundtracks. Darling in the FranXX is pretty good, but again, it's not the best. They clearly could do a better job on that, but I'm not blaming the studio for that. So, yeah. I rate 9/10, because the Darling songs are a little bit enjoyable, I can't deny it. Characters: 8/10 I don't know if I already said that, but the characters development lacks sometimes. Specially when it comes to the story of each one. You start to watch Darling in the FranXX, without knowing almost nothing about the characters. The only one that was really well developed, for me, was Zero Two, because on the anime is showed: how was she created. Again, she isn't 100% human, as all the children on the capsule. But, she isn't a parasite with yellow blood, she's basically a half-demon girl, right? But I mean, the another characters was not that well developed, it shows about their personalities, but the characters past is quite essential, right? And they didn't show if: the kids that were sent to the capsule were created by real people (a mother and a father). But I know, with the course of episodes, we saw a scene that shows Zorome talking with a human woman (that lives outside of the capsule), and he was talking with her and remembering about some things (that he has the desire to be care by human beings), but it didn't almost explain nothing. Ok, he was remembering about some things, but it's like nothing. You can clearly describe all the characters, like: Hiro, the confident and fearful guy; Kokoro, the cute and the kindest girl on the group; Futoshi, the guy that likes a lot to eat foods, but want to be loved; Ichigo, the leader girl of the group, which is kind, confident, but unsecure with herself sometimes; Ikuno, the nerd girl that likes to read books and doesn't talk too much; Miku, the outgoing and noisy girl that is very shameful and likes to irritate your close friends (mainly Zorome, her co-pilot in the FranXX); Mitsuru, the quiet and shy guy, that doesn't like to talk too much, and likes to stay alone in the corners; Zorome, the "childish" guy (I mean rsrs), that likes to irritate Miku, and a very funny and outgoing guy; Gorou, the guy that looks tall and confident, but very quiet, doesn't like so much to stay close to people, and doesn't like to cause confusion. And Zero Two (Code 002), the half-demon girl, that hides a lot of pains from the people, a little bit naughty girl (hehe), outgoing also and the typical girl that people stay away (because of the rumors about her, that she can an dangerous material, and etc.). So, as you can see, the characters have personality traits, and that's good, because they were really well worked, but the characters past is also very essential, and we don't know if they were created by a mother and a father. It would be very interesting if they could show it, but yeah. The characters personality also have some holes (in some times), but overall, it's very good at all. So, I can easily gave a rate 7 ou higher, but I'll give 8. The author gave a lot of effort to design the characters. He got it, but not completely. So, yeah! Rate 8 Enjoyment: 8/10 Overall: 8/10 Clearly, some people are saying that didn't like of this show for the following reasons: - The final is completely different from manga - The only good thing is Zero Two, and nothing more - The author just sucked all the Evangelion traits and things, and became a worse thing. I DON'T AGREE WITH NONE OF THE REASONS ABOVE. First, the essential thing that you need to know is: the anime was aired before the manga launch. So, Darling in the FranXX was practically an original anime, and the people that criticized are the people that didn't know the existance of the anime (that is: these are the people that read the manga first). And I'm not this type of person, because I always see mangas after an anime adaptation get released. So, for me, this is the best way to judge if an anime is good or not. Clearly, some don't have an original material (only the anime). But, you guys needed to know that: Darling in the FranXX's anime got release before the manga. We can consider the manga as an adaption or something. Well, to end up, I really don't know why some people underestimate Darling so much. If it's due to the reasons above, I already explained one of them: the final is different from the manga, because the anime came up before the manga. It was an practically an original work at the start, and after the anime version, the author lauched the manga version. AND DONE! It's just that, so guys understand that, please! And don't give hates to anime, just because about that reason. The 2nd reason (the only good thing is Zero Two): well, I already talked about the characters, so if you didn't read right, just go back to the characters section, that you'll see I already talked a lot about them. The 3rd reason (it's an Evangelion's copy): I mean, yeah! A lot of elements are very similar, such: as the big mecha machines, and the fact that they're fighting against big monsters. But, it's not all the people that are capable to produce 100% original story, and you guys already know that. That's what "Inspiration" exists, because without that, it would be very difficult to a lot of people to create content. So, I ended up Darling crying a little bit, by the simple message on the final: "And a new story begins". Bruh, yeah! All the characters just matured, things just changed, all the people on the capsule started to believe more in humans, all of the protagonists just got married and got sons, and Zero Two and Hiro got reincarnated in the body of two children at the final (yes, even the author just confirmed that those two kids of the final scene are Zero Two and Hiro, reincarnated in another bodies). And a lot of people, for that reason, just wanted a season 2, but there's not reason to have another season, right? The final was too closed, and it had an great closure and conclusion for the story. So, why we need a season 2? Anyway, I really liked of this show. I undestand people that didn't like it, but I already explained the reasons that they didn't like. So, I reccomend it, it's fanciful, but at the end, it's very sad and very stunning. I appreciated so much, and you can judge me, but I liked it. So, yeah! I finish right here, and have a good day, guys!

Koe no Katachi

- "Me and you.... can we be friends again?" -
Oh damn, this simple phrase just makes me cry all the time. Even if I'm looking to the Koe No Katachi cover art, I already cry. I, literally, flooded my room with tears while watching this, and I'm pretty sure you'll also. So, ok. Let's start! Story: 10/10 [WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS] The story is definitely a life-changing element. It isn't complex! It just talks about Shouko Nishimiya, a deaf girl, who was suffered by bullying on the primary school by a boy called Shouya Ishida. The Ishida's friends, seeing him making Shouko psychologically injured, were thinking that was ... funny, but in the course of time, they started to think Ishida was very feelingless and dangerous. So, for those reasons (for Shouko being treated badly), Shouko was transfered to another school, and Ishida's friends started to hate him. With the course of time, Ishida became a person with no friends, because of what he did on the past with Shouko. So, trying to fix this situation, Ishida started to look for Shouko again, to apologize her of what he did with her in the past, and to start a friendship with her. So, the story is basically that. It looks very simple, but it'll hit your heart so deeply. For me, the final scene was definitely a stab on my chest, seeing Shouko wanted to fall out from a building, but Ishida saved her (relief, right?). NO!! Ishida almost dead trying to save Shouko, because he pulled up her, but he falls out from a very high height. He almost dead, but didn't. Well, it was definitely a relief right now?? Yes. But you're wondering: why did Shouko want to die? Well, because since she and Ishida were kids, she wanted to be a friend of Ishida (even though he was injuring her). She, in all the time, didn't want to fight against him. But, years passed, and she still was feeling blame for what she did. She was thinking that, in all the time: she was the real monster, not Ishida. Because due to her, Ishida became a person with no friends. So she was really blaming herself, and I felt her pain so hard. But, since Ishida reconciled with Shouko, things started to become different to him. He started to apologize with his old friends and made friendships with them again. And that's the real meaning of the Xs on their faces. All the people with an X on the face were representing the people that hate Ishida, because of what he did. So, in all the times, he was covering his ears, because he was feeling very blame, feeling that he didn't deserve to exist in the society. And the final scene was definitely the life-changing moment: he finally uncover his ears, and now he can finally hear anything around him (and all the Xs gone). DAMN, even when I'm thinking only on that scene, I start to cry so much. Just knowing that Ishida started to mature, making friendships with his old friends, he started to discover some things that he wasn't feeling for a long time (such as: friends and approaching people). And bro, my feelings are getting hitted right now. I don't know why some people (as I'm looking on all the reviews) consider that the story has a lot of holes. The plot can be, but the story definitely don't have. It's really impossible don't cry with this movie. Anyway, the story is something that will be on my brain, on my heart, and on me all the time. It's the most memorable element on the movie, and I'm definitely sure that the story will get stuck on you forever, because it's unforgettable and the most beautiful story ever, right??? Feelings and feelings, emotions and emotions, tears and tears, basically the story: is VERY SAD, VERY DEEP, AND VERY REMARKABLE AND MEMORABLE. I rate it definitely 10, because I can't give a lower rate than that. It really got my attention, and I'll keep this movie on my heart forever, because it's my favorite one, right? So, 10/10, nothing lower than that. Art: 10/10 Kyoto Animation is one of the most famous anime studios ever, right? So, they will never disappoint us. The animation is the second most beautiful element on the movie. The traces are very detailed, very vivid colors, the scenarios are very stunning, and that's it. Again, the Kyoto Animation's art style is definitely the most remarkable point on their animes, because a lot of people, nowadays, are looking for stunning japanese animations, right? Well, at least, is what I think. And the first studio that just passes to our heads is the Kyoto Animation. After producing the last season of Clannad, they started to work harder on the art. I mean, at the same time, they're very unpredictable. Because they make beautiful art-looking animes, but sometimes, they break with that. For example, with: Kobayashi-San Maid Dragon. It's from KyoAni, but the animation looks a little bit cheap. Same for the stories. They are very varied when it comes to anime stories and premises. Sometimes, KyoAni produces some funny animes such: K-On! , Maid-Dragon (as I mentioned), Free! Iwatori Club, etc. And sometimes, they produce they produce some really heartbreaking animes (such as: Koe No Katachi, Clannad, Violet Evergarden, Kyoukai No Kanata, etc.). So, they are very unpredictable with animes genre choices (and with the animation art choices), but you can have assurance that: independent of the random genre choices, and of the random animation art choices, they'll do very good. So, the art is something very beautiful, and it's probably the most beautiful one that I ever see. In my opinion, to be more clear. So, I also rate 10/10. Because we all know that KyoAni is a cutting-edge studio, so when is to do an ALMOST perfect job, they'll do. Don't doubt it! I mean, it's not the perfection, because none human being is perfect, but it edges so much the perfection. Sound: 8/10 Ok, one thing that I need to agree is: KyoAni is not the best studio when it comes to soundtrack quality. They don't almost put none soundtracks, but when I watched Koe No Katachi for the first time, I was very impressed. I mean, it's not the most remarkable point, but it really fitted. Speaking about soundtracks, I need to say: Violet Evergarden is better about that specific aspect. The Violet's opening; ending and the background soundtracks are very catchy, beautiful and sad. Even if it's not the case, it's just to make a good comparison. But Koe No Katachi is also very great talking about sound aspect. The final scene had a piano soundtrack that definitely was the one that most fitted, and the final scene, combined with piano background, intensified my feelings harder. Again, I cried too much with that movie, and I'm still crying remembering about that scene. But, one interesting thing is: when KyoAni produces sad animes, the only scene that really passes too much on your head is just the final scene, because is this the most memorable moment? Well, I think yeah, and I don't know if you guys have the same feeling, but I have. With Koe No Katachi, the only scene that passes on my head is the final scene (which the catchest scene on the whole entire movie). I clearly remember of all the movie itself, but the only moment that definitely is more stuck on my head is the final moment. Because it's very catchy, so yeah. I don't know if you guys understood, but the sounds were very pretty good, but not the best. Violet Evergarden is better on these aspect, but Koe No Katachi doesn't stay back. Nota 8/10. Character: 10/10 Oh ok, the characters. One of the most unforgettable element on Koe No Katachi. I identified myself with Shouya Ishida: a bully guy that became a lover on the final. DAMN!!! WOAH MY GOD! Remember of this fact makes me cry so hard bruh! Sorry, but I'm the type of person that cry with almost everything. Yes, my heart is very hot (because I'm not the stoneheart guy), and my heart just melted due to a lot of sadness with Koe No Katachi. The characters were very very very well developed, specially Ishida and Shouko (the most memorable characters on the entire anime world). I mean, they didn't show very well the past of some characters: the most well developed characters, for me, was: Ishida, Shouko, Miki, Miyoko, and Ueno (which is the girl that I hate the most on the entire story). Basically, almost all the characters were really well developed, except from: Tomohiro, Satoshi and the mothers of the families of Ishida and Shouko. The first ones that I quoted was the perfect ones, but the last ones that I quoted weren't so bad, they really helped so much with the story development (and especially for Ishida's maturation. I'm talking about Tomohiro, because he's very outgoing, and was the first friend that Ishida got after Shouko's incident). So yeah, the characters are very catchy and memorable. As I said, the entire story will get stuck on my heart, because the premise and the characters are something that you'll remember forever. I identified myself with Ishida, because of his maturation process. We can't deny that, after leave to be a bully, he started to be a good person, making new friends, and started to discover things that he wasn't feeling for a long time. And that's the reason that he cried on the final scene: it clearly was an punishment to him, but at the same time, it was an learning to him. He finally get out from his isolation cage, so damn, I'm only typing my review (what I think), and I'm crying on my keyboard at the same time lol but the characters is just one of the most stunning and memorable on the movie. They'll get stuck on your head, and that's normal, because you know: they are the best, they are on the movie to make you cry and rethink about your life. So, I rate 10/10. There's no way I give a lower rate, because they're very catchy, right? So, yeah. Enjoyment: 10/10 Overall: 10/10 Different from Kimi No Na Wa, Koe No Katachi is a movie that shows more realistic situations. Don't get me wrong, I also love Kimi No Na Wa, but Koe No Katachi is better because it's more real. The situations on the movie can easily happen on the real life, and with the characters personality traits, we can be easily get identified with one of them. I identified myself with Ishida, because it's a character you'll hate on the start of the movie, but at the end, you'll love him. It's strange, right? I felt his situation, I can definitelly comprehend how he's feeling, and the movie just gave me a chance to believe: that I can also improve myself and my attitudes. In a lot of times (specially on this quarentine), I was feeling very sad, very depressive, because you know, it's hard to me to trust in the people, and due to that, I don't have A LOT of friends. But, I mean: seeing Koe No Katachi, that just gave me a new chance to believe that I can make different. Because the movie itself talks about that lesson: that we need to treat people around us better; that if we treat people with respect, kindness generates kindness, etc. So, for me, Koe No Katachi is definitely a movie that everyone needs to give a chance to watch, because it's a life-changing anime, that will surely make you: cry and experience those situations. A lot of people are considering the movie offensive, because they're thinking that the movie belittle the deaf people, but those reviewers are talking shit, right? The movie is the most beautiful that I ever seen, and definitely an emotional rollercoaster (from the start to the end). Koe No Katachi is not just a movie, it's a feeling, simple words can't explain the beauty of this movie (exactly with Kimi No Na Wa). Koe No Katachi embraces: "the importance to hear the silence". In most of the times, we're thinking that the people around us are feeling good, right? But some of them probably are having a lot of pain inside them, but sometimes they can't say to another people what they are feeling. So, for that, is really imporant to hear the silence (sometimes it talks more than thousand words), because sometimes, some people are really getting hurted, and we aren't noticing that. So, is really important to open up ourselves (and express us) to the people that are really willing to help us. So, YOU'RE NOT ALONE, OKAY? Summing up: this is definitely my favorite one, and I'm making review of that right now, even though I saw the movie on the last year. I mean, quarentine right? So, you'll cry, and experienced it. I reccomend this movie SOOO MUCH, and I think a lot of people also reccomend, right? So, I finish my review here.
