YAAAAAY I WILLLL!!!

I watched a ep of Samurai seven on adult swim and it was pretty good even the dub. I was planning on watching Rozen maiden soon because its getting a sequel this year. Sci-fi/action is my thing so I will have to check Xam'd out. I remember Paranoia Agent by Satoshi Kon really gave me the chills I would like to try all of his anime.

Sorry didn't reply sooner, didn't see you'r message =P I think Angel Beats ended pretty strongly, despite the cliff hanger. I feel it could of been better on early - mid eps, I started awhile back but didn't really catch my interest, but maybe that's cause I tend to like romance and comedy animes more. I feel there wasn't enough info really on what was happening until like ep 5-6 and was kind of just watching the rollercoaster. =S

(Since I've only seen the first episode of PenguinDrum I don't know if there are any more similarities, but I liked the opening reference that the above link shows a small image of, and the show structure seems like it will be similar to Utena based on that episode alone. But that is just my first impression).

I have 6 episodes left of C to watch (I don't drop shows, but it takes me forever to finish them haha). I don't dislike it, but I am still very confused about what is happening in it. Halfway through and the "economic battle system" rules are still not defined, and it is hard for me to care about the characters because I still don't really know who anyone is. Maybe I just wasn't paying close enough attention while watching it or something.

Thanks for the information on Spice and Wolf, I will check it out. Sounds very interesting and is based on something I have not seen a lot of in anime. I really do not know much about current day year 2000 and after anime, so I am not very up to date on newer shows that are considered good and stuff. You would have to help me out haha.

These days I mostly am trying to catch up on older '80s and '90s series that I never finished, or have not seen in years, or have only seen random episodes of, and also of course ones that are just now being fully subbed.

I will try to think of more current things. Looking through your list, maybe you would like Tatami Galaxy....oh, but it is already on your plan to watch haha. Have you seen Monster?

Yeah I thought episode one was really cool. I will need to check your list, but have you seen Revolutionary Girl Utena? That is the reason I want to see more PenguinDrum (http://myanimelist.net/people/5082/Ikuhara_Kunihiko). The Utena remaster sets just came out awhile ago finally.

I have been hearing quite a bit about Spice and Wolf lately, especially when I was watching C: The Money of Soul and Possiblity Control. I was told if I wanted to see an anime about economics "done right", to watch Spice and Wolf haha.

Oh I haven't written any recommendations yet (actually if you check my list I am so lazy I haven't even rated hardly anything...but rating things is very difficult for me). But if you ever need some I can try to think of some stuff haha.
