Thank you for bringing Kougami back! But why kill Urobuchi? Killing off important people will not make the plot interesting.
The story is interesting, but too many twists wasn't necessary. Kougami has no character development - Tsunemori is still her old self. The other characters seemed fine, but something was off - it failed to get all the attention - maybe because first season was way too good and the expectations were never lowered.
The animation quality, sound effects, nevertheless, still remain same and excellent. Short series - no harm in watching to finish the series. If you are super busy, thank me later, but skip

Where is my Kougami? Waited too long for the anime to release and then there is no Kougami - disappointed. The anime plot turned out good - if you start this season with no background of first season (I know it sounds highly unlikely and makes no sense but) then you could probably find it interesting and good.
Tsunemori now has a new set of enforcers and she tries to find out the secrets of Sibyl while solving few cases. There wasnt anything new, not for me at the least. The continuity of characters were missing and it felt like a new series to ...
