Well calling UBW and Fate bad endings because Shirou may end up as like Archer(but not exactly like him)after 20,30 or who knows how many years is like saying that Fate/Zero is a good ending for Sakura since she is saved in Heaven's Feel.Which doesnt really make any sense.

If we look only at the probabilities of Shirou becoming somewhat like Archer then Heaven's Feel is the good ending of the story but...Unlike UBW and Fate, Shirou and Ilya come really close and in HF, he even realizes that she is Kiritsugu's daughter.With her dying to save him when they were so close I cant see it as a happy ending.
