Mixed Feelings
At it's core, Nisou no Kuzu is riddled with dialectical shifts. It follows 2 submerged individuals, man and a woman, in what is seemingly a couple quarrel. This is where objective evaluation stops as we're evidently left to interpret it however we want. Ultimately, I was left with an impression that it's nothing but a clash of 2 contrasting standpoints. Seeds, fishes, thorns, eggs, ants are serving as instruments of conversation. I don't see them being metaphors for anything in specific.

Subtle nuances in it's narrative are nothing short of confusing, which is most noticeable during it's closure. It's story is filled with details, photo-realistic art ...

Yep, I'll be another party poop and ruin the review section with my sub-par meme making skills because my current mood is at the all time low and that only further depletes my supply of creative juices. But can you really blame me? This is just so repulsive yet I can't stop replaying these 2 short episodes. This hot mess of sophomoric humor is dragging me down. Please... Send... Help...

Do you ever get annoyed by an anime/manga trope that isn't even a trope? A story so overly cliched yet so original that it leaves you perplexed. The more I read stuff like this, the more I realise how conservative this medium can be in regard to works being inspired by foreign literature and/or cinematography. Manhua's are fairly more wide-ranging, but they still end up in a same spot, dealing with a similar conundrum. It's only reasonable as they're obviously derivative of manga culture as a whole. With that being said, let's jump into it.
