i have used a cinnamon stick, but normally i just sprinkle some powder on it, maybe a bit of nutmeg. you can even add a dash of rum/or whatever sweet-ish liquor, it's kinda like eggnog but without the eggnog....

idk my experiences with /d/ is that they're pretty polite compared with some of the other boards, but yeah i guess some of the shit i see on there triggers my DO NOT WANT D: radar. though that occurrence is pretty rare these days.

when i watched through the first two seasons of aria, i was impressed but wasn't quite ~in love~. but then i finished origination and fell for it hard. it's an amazing series, and i just wished there had been even more (though of course the length and pacing fit it perfectly). i want to live on aqua. ;__;

Well my dear, "Britinia" is a big place. I live on the island of England, and here we don't have many things related to manga, but there are some hardcore anime fans, just rare and hidden. I dunno if you watched Hetalia or not, but that anime stereotypes a bit too much =P
