2023 is now upon and the GOAT MAPPA or so they say brought one of the dark shounen trio hell's paradise, this anime's story is pretty engaging, gabimaru the hollow is a feared ninja that is indestructible that was quote on quote betrayed by his village and now is sentenced to execution and long story cut short sagiri an asaemon clan samurai takes him on a quest to find the elixir of life to escape execution and go back to his wife. Pretty decent storyline more or less but it's execution leaves something to be desired. First of all, it's world building is incredible

Demon slayer is an series that brought most people into anime because if it's of it's out of this world animation or that would what people may tell you but for me it's because demon slayer is a breath of fresh air to the shounen genre. It is by no means very unique but it's execution was top tier from lovable characters to great voice acting, superb character development, good pacing,dark elements within it's story despite being simple and straightforward and it's not even a bad thing because everyone can easily follow demon slayer's story. Kubo-san won't let me be invisible is about our protagonist junta shirashi who is more of a background character which makes colleagues and teachers alike unable to notice him but only one person can, the adorable nagisa Kubo.
The series on the adventures of this generation unique and cute couple, though elements of it's plot have been seen before. It adds more style to it. I have seen those compare this anime to the likes of nagatoro or takagi-san,it's plot seems similar but it's executed uniquely and more charming. I hope people give this anime a chance, please do, I can't wait for the second season. |
