(This is my first review so i'll do my best)
You know those animes who make you laugh really hard in the beginning but before you even notice you are tearing apart?
Chuunibyou is one of them. Actually i didnt cry, but get really closer. Anyway, is really amazing how you get involve by the story. The ideia that we all past by this situation (or should pass) where we live in world so much better inside our head sounds so sad. It's really awful see how when we get old we are just too embarrassed for admit it. Is sad think that we just let

this all go, when the truth is that is part of who we are.
Story
I love the story line. It didnt get out of the point, or lost the ideia they wanted to pass. The plot was really funny and very emotional.
Art
I love it. One second we are "inside" the head of the character, and the other we a back to reality, the art was amazing doing this change, is really pretty to see.
Character
They are pretty easy to love. I admit that i didnt like Nibutani at first, but she reveal herself as a great character. Rikka and Yuuta was also great as main character is kind of easy to like. So i guess i can say that all the main character was very easy to love and i really want to know more about them.
It has very good suporting character too, Touka and Yuuta's sister was pretty fun too see.
Chuunibyou was awesome, this why i give it a ten, i can think in bad things to say about it.
