To preface I absolutely love isekais even when its focussed less on combat but good god was this one terrible.
I had such high hopes for this show because of the cool looking characters in the promotional material and such but sadly I was completely let down as the coolest looking character (and the only character who ended up being semi likeable Carmine) didn't get much screen time though that is a completely subjective opinion.
Some points as to aspects of the show are as follows
- To be blunt the voice acting is normally either dead pan or over delivered there is no real emotional depth to ...

To say this show is anywhere near a masterpiece is a complete lie but that being said the show does exactly what it needs to do and it does it well at that.

The show is a lighthearted journey of a pitifully weak dragon who after being kicked out of his family home must go looking for a safe place to live with the help of a jack of all trades style real estate agent who he meets on his journey which is definitely a unique synopsis for a show.

Despite the simple but unusual premise, I wouldn't say the show was ever boring as there are ...

I need to start by saying this is a stunning movie and is worth everyone's time. It is reminiscent of a Disney movie, so it has a nostalgic vibe to it which is always comforting.
The story is quite beautiful, and it's enjoyable being able to see Kyuuta (the main character) experience two worlds and how he is treated differently in both of them.
The father/son, mentor/student relationship that forms between the two main characters is heavily focussed on and is a joy to see.
The main antagonist didn't just appear out of nowhere however it wasn't as heavily built-up as other parts of the film meaning overall ...

This is a great show which makes me wonder why it has so many negative reviews. By all means, this isn't a masterpiece however, the only real problem I find is with the pacing as it's a relatively short show with only 13 episodes meaning characters aren't as fleshed out as they could be.
If you're looking for a show to sit and binge or maybe watch dubbed in the background then this is it. You don't have to worry about having a wimpy or whiny main character, because the main character in this show is as bada** as they come. However, this also means he ...

Ajin (Anime) add
As soon as you get over the unusual art style the show is great it took me about 2/3 episodes for it to become normal for me, and from then on in I was hooked.
The show does a pretty great job of building up different parties instead of just the main character and his immediate tiny circle.
Overall the show is a pretty wild ride considering how normal it starts and where it ends up during season 2.
The combat in the show is good as it's not too boring due to the introduction of invisible black matter (IBM) however it's not as insane or random as ...
