Nisemonogatari is the "filler" or "fanservice" portion of the monogatari series. It does have an interesting plot but it takes twice the time for each segment compared to Bake or Neko as it wastes time with comedic and ecchi antics that far surpass its predecessor and successor. I give it a perfect score but it fulfils what I want from the series, I felt like I was writing the script at times, but if you are interested in a more serious take on the monogatari series you would be wise to look at Nekomonogatari, not that you should (or can) skip Nise just that you
