Disclaimer: I rate this anime 1/10 just because it doesn't deserve to get beyond 6.5/10
I wrote this review just because it's unbearable to watch.
If it was stand alone anime I might give 6.5~6.9/10, but It's in fact a spin-off of the popular anime, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei , which is big shoes to fill and it failed miserably to the point it became pure blasphemy to the original anime in my opinion.
