Slow to begin with, and the conclusion will divide readers (I wasn't satisfied.)
The characters are varied in design but in terms of personalty aren't that great, with them either being bland or too "edgy" to really hit home.
Also, some actions and motives from the characters are either stupid/don't make sense or are easily forgiven.
But it does hit its groove and peak in the middle and the story an interesting premise with a lot of potential that doesn't quite get realised.
Overall, this isn't an impressive manga but it's not a complete waste of time. So it's at least worth checking out and

Well that was a waste of time. Episodes have horrible pacing, scenes are all over the place and will cut away to something with no good rhyme or reason. Action scenes are too short or just interrupted too many times to get invested and the storytelling is dull.
Characters are bland, stupid, shallow as hell or don't get enough time to develop. (You will get sick of the MC romantic interest. She comes across as two-faced, self-absorbed and doesn't give a damn about anyone but the MC.) Animation is sub-par, with the CG transformations being way out of place and come across as cheap.
