I love to get lost in a story; whether it be through the pages of a book or manga, a movie, or any other medium.
Toonami introduced me to Anime with shows like Rurouni Kenshin, Dragonball Z and Cowboy Bebop.
Since then, my love for the medium hasn't diminished a bit. I've watched some amazing anime and read some awesome manga, and I'm always looking for more.
As college and work take over more and more of my life, I've become more and more busy, but I'll always make time to hang out with a friend and watch something good.

Episode 1 between the start of 2: They no longer talk, he is texting her but never hits enter.
Episode 2 between 3: He suddenly has no heart and they haven't talked for a long time, but they both value the time they shared.
It's my opinion the director didn't add these scenes because it wasn't part of the point he was trying to put across to the audience, that distance effects the love 2 people have. In the third chapter he said, "Even if I had texted her our hearts wouldn't have gotten an inch closer."
As for the plot, I don't think it lacks a plot, I think he is letting the struggle against time and distance be the plot. But, I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing, quite the contrary, it shatters the "eternal love" bullshit that all other anime seems to spew.
The next time you watch it don't focus so much on how the characters change or develop, consider how the situation changes from episode to episode.
Ps: January birthday?!?! Chyea!
Pps: I didn't think the singers voice was that off key.
The first time I watched this movie it seriously pissed me off, but the more I watched it the more I thought how perfect it was.
