_Baccano!_ has one of the best anime openings I have seen. And it has got some style. Might even give _Bebop_ a run for its money there.

Watched _Jack to Mame no Ki_. Pretty good adaptation of the classic beanstalk tale.
Really despite being a children's tale the songs have quite interesting lyrics like:
> “The only miracles are in the storybooks and they are lies.”

Certainly not like the run of the mill delusionary children's tale.

_FLCL_ shows that once you have decided to do go full on weird, its always interesting. Parodied every Anime trope I no of, especially _NGE_.

Started watching _Psycho-Pass_; draws heavily from _Cowboy Bebop_ in characterization of *Shinya Kougami*; starting scene is nearly a copy of _Cowboy Bebop_ climax. So although it has an interesting sci-fi premise, not many high hopes from the series.
