Spy x Family is one of my favorite series. With that being said, I am disappointed with how rushed the animation has been this past season. The reason anime is fun and exciting to watch because we get to see animation artists show off their talents. Spy x Family's crew wasn't able to show off their skills much this time around because they had very tight deadline for 26 episodes (?). Some audience members don't want high quality anime, and therefore are fine with the season so far, but comparing this season with the previous one, it's very obvious that the crew needed more time

NUMBER ONE ON TOP ANIME???
Wow, I can't believe this series is back though I just watched 12 episodes of it. The animation is fun. I like how the studio did things like show the volume and weight of hair and clothing. Something that I don't think was highlighted much when the series last aired. Sometimes the story jumps a little too far ahead and then I get lost, but otherwise it's fun to watch. This series is a lot more gory than ever before (I know it's called the thousand year BLOOD war, but really, it's very gory) so that surprised me. Overall, it's ...

One of the best anime I've seen in a few years.
SPY x FAMILY has it all. Drama, humor, action, and heart. I was addicted after episode one (which is super rare for me). The characters are amazing to watch and the plot is always evolving into something exciting and fun. It's crazy that the series is still so new. The animation is amazing (it's Wit Studio so of course its amazing) and each episode is so heartfelt and hilarious that I find myself smiling and laughing the whole way through. It's definitely rare to see a show that blends humor, heart, and character development this ...

This show is very good though not quite on the level of great.
What this series does is make you feel inspired. I think any artist can relate to the main character though not always in the same way. The MC's dedication to bettering himself is what makes each episode interesting. He is applauded by his peers and teachers because he demonstrates potential. And I think the show's theme is exactly that. It's not as big or as good as it perhaps could have been. The characters we meet aren't well-rounded, but they add to the story enough so that they aren't completely dull. I know ... |
