System Description:
The proposed system is a web-based system that allows the patients to set an appointment slot for a doctor, online. The system will give the patients the capability to know the availability/schedules of doctors, by using the online service. The system can also store both the patients’ basic information and consultation results in the system’s database. Being online in nature, the system will enable the patients to view relevant information about their previous appointments. Each patient will be able to access the site by utilizing a username-password scheme and having the said username and password. A backup/offline system will enable the system to continue doing information inputs in case of internet-connection related problems.
Reason of the Study:
The Software was proposed to be made to reduce the time and effort in accessing, retrieving and encoding information, files or records of patients. This will hasten the processing of patients’ admission information.
Judging against the old system (manual system), the database can properly store, organize, and secure the files of the patients. Moreover, it will make appointments to be much more accessible, without the need to physically meet with the doctors. Information will be organized accordingly for easy access. The system will also help the institution to achieve fast and efficient service with the ease of use of the system.

AMA Computer Learning Center Las Pinas has no existing grade printing system. They have been distributing the students grade manually same with their students.
1. The first problem is the manual distribution of grades. Professors will check and find it manually on the list of grades. This process takes more time in finding the student’s grades.
2. The second problem is the loss of grade print outs. This may be possible having many students enrolled in this school the printing papers may be loss.
3. The third problem is searching manually. This process is not that organized and needs a person to distribute the grades.

The main problem of the school is having no existing software to use for debugging, analyzing, simulating javascript codes. They manually debug, searching for codes in the web and manually analyzing the processes of codes making javascript programming language hard to understand analyze for the ACLC’s professors.
