Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hashira Geiko-hen has been a mixed bag for me. Here’s the lowdown:
#### Storyline: 6/10
This arc mainly sets up future battles is less action-packed exept some parts (the episodes 7,8 had a bit more of action). It feels like a filler at times, focusing on character development which is not a bad thing but its not as gripping as previous arcs.
#### Character Development: 8/10
The character development here is solid. Each Hashira gets some spotlight, giving us a better look into their personalities and backstories. This makes it easier to connect with them and care about their journeys.
#### Pacing and Length: 5/10
Pacing is a

bit of an issue. With just eight episodes adapted from short manga chapters, the arc feels incomplete . Some scenes could've been more impactful but were too brief, leaving a sense of wanting more.
#### Animation Quality: 9/10
The animation is top-tier as always. Ufotable knocks it out of the park with stunning visuals and fluid movements. Even the training scenes are captivating thanks to the amazing art and animation.
#### Overall Entertainment Value: 7/10
While it’s not the most exciting arc, it’s essential for the story’s progression. The last two episodes are particularly better, offering more engagement and setting up for what’s to come. It’s a necessary chapter that lays the groundwork for future events.
In summary, the Hashira Training Arc has its highs and lows. The animation and character development are standout elements, but pacing and storyline engagement could have been better if they merged it with Katanakaji no Sato-hen (Yeh I get it some people think it had enough content but bro it was not for me ) . Fans of the series will appreciate the deeper dive into the Hashira's world, even if this arc doesn’t match the excitement of earlier ones.
