Quick review, minor spoilers.
What ufotable did to turn an average manga into a masterpiece is nothing short of amazing.
Story 7/10: it's a generic shounen that's VERY predicate, with the only twist being nezuko. Otherwise it's just 'bad guys have feelings too' kinda vibe. That said, I do think the mysteries behind certain characters are really well written and captures the readers attention, making them crave more.
Art 10/10: wow, amazing. Ufotable smashed it out of the park. They somehow made every fight scene look like an epic. Nothing else to say really
Sound 10/10: ties in with the art, it's so beautiful done. So many tracks
...
that hit you at the right time and make you feel what you're supposed to feel x10 more.
Character 8/10: characters are really unique, it's nice to see it. Especially the hashira. That said, it does feel like certain characters are just their as fodder and comedic gags, and haven't really contributed anything to the story, similar to a lot of other shounen anime to be fair.
Enjoyment 9/10: it's a solid anime, reminds me a lot like jujutsu kaisen and fate/stay. Its definitely worth the watch. Kudos to the studio for making a masterpiece out of a standard story.

Quick review, minor/little spoilers.
Story 6/10: the best way to say it is 'it's an overconvulated, unnecessary plot'. The premise of it is brilliant, but it was so unnecessarily complicated when it didn't need to be. Especially when it comes to stories regarding time skip, there were a lot of plot holes that weren't covered at all, and characters changing their entire persona with one talk no jutsu. New information is just thrown at you non stop, not even giving you time to process it. A complicated storyline with a lot of Twists isn't always the smartest idea, especially when it isn't delivered correctly at all.
...
Even at the end, although seemingly all ends are tied up, it really doesn't feel like it. The abyss is still an unknown concept to the reader, no explanation given regarding the baskervilles or the other 'alien race' and so much more regarding Leo, Vincent, glen(s) and others.
Art 4/10: I'm going to be honest, it was extremely hard to tell who was talking, due to so many characters having similar hairstyles and the mangaka constantly would change the shading of their hair colour. Prime example of this would be gil, who has dark hair. Yet its drawn in some scenes as transparent, especially during comedic gags which was so annoying. Hell, at some points i genuinely couldn't guess whether it was jack, oz, Gilbert, Vincent or Alice in some panels - there was nothing to differ from each other at all (huge lack of uniqueness of characters).
Character 8/10: contrary to other reviews, I did enjoy the characters personality and especially their development. It's rare to see side characters seem as important as the protagonist, it was really nice to see honestly. Gilbert especially was amazingly well thought out, as well as break.
Overall 7/10: its not even close to being a 9. A lot of readers see a complicated story with lots of Twists and automatically say its good, but sometimes simplicity is the best option.
I did enjoy the read, as difficult as it was. Would I re read it? No, but I would recommend to give it a try, it really is unique.

Quick review, little/ minor spoilers.
Story 6/10: the concept was interesting. Its pretty much about a lad who has an ability call revival allowing him to go back to the past, except in this case its for a series of murders. That said, it really didn't make use of the concept much at all, and the story was seriously predictable. Let's be honest, it was so obvious who the Serial killer was, as there was literally only one character that matched his description by episode 2. There was so much premise that evidently wasn't added which really ruined the experience, such as having more suspects, focusing
...
on multiple murders rather than one, explaining the revival mechanic and why it came to be. It was okay, I would've given it a 5 honestly, if it wasn't for masterful dialogue and the way many of the scenes and themes were portrayed and shown through the repetitiveness of the poem, for example. It definitely felt relatable for reality, especially the main character.
Art 10/10: wow, it was absolutely stunning. The minor detail that went into every scene, the main Op being erased from the op in one of the episodes, the depiction of the snow and it's meaning, the zoom ups on people's face, almost telling us they're not innocent but leading away to instead being something naive and completely irrelevant, the cliffhangers to make us wanting for more, t was beautiful.
Sound 10/10: no complaints, it was built up where it needed to be. Usage of sound was really good in erased, especially when it needed to build suspense and drama.
Character 7/10: there went many characters, to put it frankly, and the ones that were, did get ample screen time and had a solid development which was enough to matter. That said, it was hard to feel emotions for certain characters such as airi or hiromi. The show was more based around Kayo and Satorou if anything.
Enjoyment 8/10: the first half started off as solid, every episode I wanted more, ending up binge watching it all in one go. The second half was a let down, and I felt they could've done so much more with how much building was going on for just one character (Kayo). Would I watch it again? Probably not. Do I think it's worth watching? Yeah, I'd say so.
Overall 8.3/10: its not the best out there, but it is unique and has a nice realistic feeling towards a time a travel anime.

Quick review minor spoilers
Story 3/10: it's bad. Like really bad. How anyone can justify giving this a 10/10 goes being my logic. This is simply a way to cover up the gap between the marriage and the previews arc in shippuden.
The story itself..wow, its the most cliche thing I've seen in a while, and even includes a jet Armstrong cannon, sentry turrets, and birds that are like spaceships whilst fighting on the moon. This ain't it chief.
Art 7/10: average. Nothing special, hinata looked nice though.
Sound 6/10: again, nothing special, nothing bad either.
Character 6/10: A naruto who just defeated madara and lots of other op characters
...
struggles with some random character. That said, it was nice to finally see the growth between the romance which was needed.
Enjomemt:6/10 bored mostly, only watched it because it was canon and filled the gap between the last two arcs of shippuden. The romance was the only positive thing really.

QUICK REVIEW, MINOR SPOILERS.
so.. I finally watched Naruto, dubbed as one of the three great big shounen, and I have so many mixed feelings about it.. so let's start!
Story 7/10: the story... was not one of its strongest points. It's good, but does it drag on unnecessarily with plot Twists that make no sense at times? 100%. A prime example of this is orochimaru switching sides randomly and with no real explanation other than 'the wind'. This is a character who's literally committed genocide. That said, I do think the mangaka does an insanely well done job with highlighting certain themes from beginning to
...
end, such as perseverance and friendship. The repetitiveness of the constant love/hate between sasuke/naruto, the idea of the 3 in a team representing history & idea of hate and love itself throughout history is what truly brought forward emotions for myself and really carried the plot. That said, pain arc was a masterpiece, and all the other arcs in shippuden pale in comparison. Furthermore, it concluded the huge series really nicely with the wedding... makes me wonder if boruto was needed...
Art 4/10: disgusting, and the reason is in this section im including the outright bad fillers and flashbacks. Okay some fillers mightve been good , but when you're in the middle of a war and suddenly have a filler of happy konohamaru..no, just no. People use the excuse of 'were binge watching it now but at the time fillers were good' - let me tell you, no they weren't. Why? Because one piece has less fillers than naruto, running since 1997+ and being double the length . There's other ways to go around lengthening/ delaying the show, and having 20 episode arc long fillers in the middle of scene is a no no. And the flashbacks... you get flashbacks from the episode before. I truly wonder how much better naruto would've been without the fillers and unnecessary flashbacks.
Sound 9/10: beautiful, the themes that play during a certain group, truly resonates their character. Openings and endings were solid. No complaints at all.
Character 10/10: This is what carried the show. This. When you talk to someone about naruto, they don't say I wanna be naruto, the say I wanna be madara, or itachi or daedara. The villains were so well designed and have so much personality it truly is what made naruto into a masterpiece in my opinion. Naruto didn't carry the show, the villains did. The character development was top notch, seeing narutos growth throughout the entire anime was really solid to watch as well, same with sasuke. Even sakura to a certain extent. Also special shootout to kakashi, easily one of the most liked characters in the entire show, tbh all the characters were above average with design. Then there's the most significant characters, naruto and sasuke. The love/hate between them is so beautiful and eloquent, that it draws out a multitude of emotions from the watcher, who's awaiting them to meet. I've never seen such love portrayed as the way naruto did for sasuke in any anime really.
Enjoyment 8/10: Naruto is truly unique. It's an anime I can see why so many people admire it. But let's be honest here, if the villains weren't as cool as they are , I don't think it would've been a show to remember.

QUICK NON SPOILER REVIEW - FILLER ARC NOT INCLUDED (Because it's terrible, with the exception of kakashi mask off, laughing shino and guy/Lee episodes)
Story: let's get right to it, it's ninjas fighting with this idea of chakra protecting themselves from other nations and orochimaru. Honestly, story is a solid 8/10. There's nothing wrong with it, and it definitely follows the typical shounen type , except people actually die, which I loved. The arcs are long and interesting , captivating your attention with multiple fights. My only gripe would be that some fights can take 5+ episodes.. and they're not even the main character fights
...
( refer to 4 guards). Also wayyyyy too many flashbacks. Like too many. Get ready to use that +10 seconds button because you're going to need it.
With no spoilers, the story revolves around sasuke and naruto, and their love hate relationship with some sakura screaming in between with constant attacks coming from orochimaru. That's pretty much it.
Also as a side note.. I get the concept of chakra, but Its a bit silly how they can do anything with it, and turn into demons lmao.
Art: 6/10 ehh.. it's outdated, isn't the best.
Sound: oh boy.. 11/10. It's phenomenal. The orochimaru theme tune is superb, it sells chills down you. I genuinely think the sound Is what makes naruto so f******** good. The right notes are used at the right moments, the flute is so perfect for this Japanese medieval setting.
Character: 6/10 .. sakura.. enough said. She's useless throughout the entire show. I do admit however that the side characters 100% get some development, but it's more like... get stronger, nothing changes about them really, with perhaps the exception of shikamaru who was by far my favourite character alongside Lee.
The villains however, they're so full of detail and mystery. I especially enjoyed haku and zabuzas story, and how they linked up later to the kaguya clan. Also orochimaru is honestly, an amazing villain. He's up there with the likes of dio .
Enjoyment: if you skip the fillers, it's a solid 8/10 .
Pros:
Amazing fudgeing soundtrack
There's actually deaths in the shounen!
Orochimaru
Rock lee
Villains are super interesting
Naruto is pretty cool.
Cons:
Sakura
Too many flashbacks
Fillers.. lots of them..
It is a shounen.. but damn these guys can take a 2000stabs and be okay.
So yeah. Give it a watch!
If you got any questions or wanna message me , feel free to share your opinion!

Quick review : Minor spoilers.
Story 10/10: A dark shounen type manga, how rare. It's so fucking good how well orchestrated the story is. Revolving around Allen walker, and a clown called millennium earl, it serves into the battle between exorcists and akuma(demons). Yet, the way the story flows is portrayed as mysterious and really dark. The pacing is one of the best I've seen, nothing is revealed random and everything flows smoothly.
Art: Not many complaints here, most characters are REALLY well drawn, kudos to the mangaka. At the same time, some fight scenes, it's hard to tell what's going on, but that's usually the case
...
with shounen manga. One thing I love is how unique the art style is - it reminds me a lot like berserk (RIP Kentaro).
Character development: Allen's character development is so fucking good. You see all the sides to him, it reminds me a lot like Luffy. It's a character you can truly feel their emotions. Also, minor characters have such a huge impact on the story ( looking at you Johnny), and that in itself should tell you how meaningful the characters are.
Overall: 9/10. Is it worth reading? 100000%. The story is unpredictable and will keep you hooked and make you fall in love with the characters

Quick review- minor spoilers.
The story revolves around pumpun's coming of age from 11 to early 20's and the things his story which revokes around a girl called tanaka ai, a girl he had a crush on since the early childhood and an abusive upbringing.
What did I think of the story? It was overcomplicated. I feel like the writer tried to add so many themes, similiar to throwing a bunch of painting on a canvas and calling it art - people assume and take from what they can see from it. A lot of themes were clear, like love, perseverance, giving up, suicide, sexual desires. But
...
at the same time, there were so many scenes where I couldn't understand what it was meant to represent at all, such as the cult.
The characters themselves were really interesting, each having their own backstory and generally showing development. I really enjoyed the characters, and I love how the writer took into consideration what a lot of mangakas would be afraid to do - that is , sexual desires. The characters feel realistic, albeit sometimes it did feel like everyone was just depressed, with no hope for happiness.
The art was beautiful. Stunning. The representation used for the main character and God was phenomenal, generally unheard of in mangas. The little things he drew, such as the transformation of punpun's bird shape was really nice to see which represented his emotions.
I'd be lying if I said I didn't binge read it. I wanted to see what happened at the end. But there were a lot of scenes which just felt so slow and unseeded, especially the cult. To be honest I'd love to see an analysis of this manga, if anyone would like to, feel free to send me a message :)
Overall.. I'd give it 8.5/10. I don't think it's 10/10 at all. I understand there's a lot of things I probably didn't understand due to the themes, but yet.. I doubt many readers did unless they're some type of English professor honestly. People just bandwagon on the unique style the writer took and consider it to be phenomenonal without understanding half the things. It's good, don't get me wrong, but either I'm too stupid to understand it ( which I doubt considering I've been reading since I was 7 and wrote stories/ studied English and psychologyat college level and university level) or there were a lot of things that were just thrown in and people just saw it as they want.

Minor spoilers review - completed 2021
Story- a manwha with so much premise but ultimately ruined by the writer wanting to be done with it. It started off so great, Rai and shinwoon especially, seeing Rai interact with society - then just went downhill with repetative arcs. A quick summary of the story is werewolves , vampires ( nobles) and humans fighting essentially over centuries in secret, with Rai being 'the noble' and just wants a normal life. Eventually the union ( a mixture of all three with evil purposes ) start to do things and things escalate. Its not a bad concept at all right?
...
The issue is there is SO many plot holes and just generic combat type themes that are used that essentially ruin it. Why does Rai stop using mind control? How come the union never used missiles at all? The story is pretty much : funny scene - bad guy appears - either get saved by Frankenstein or they lose, and ask Frankenstein to make them stronger - refight, bad guy loses - next bad guy appears and repeat.
P.S. the ending is disappointing - just rushed.
Art- honestly, wasn't bad at all, the characters themselves look REALLY well done, my only gripe would be in some fight scenes, it's so hard to tell what's going on.
Character- this was really nice. Minor characters got a lot of development , and it wasn't just focused on elegant Rai being overpowered. M-21, yao and more had so much screen time and it was so nice watching them develop. It really does suck the writer hinted at romance but never commited to anything at all - another reason why it feels like he rushed it. He starts character development then just forgets about it. E.g. did m-21 find the names? Why does he hint at shinwoon being recruited for the KSA but never do anything with it?
Enjoyment/overall - honestly, it's worth a read. The beginning 100% got me hooked, but as you read more you'll find out it's so predictable and you'll probably end up skipping through a lot of the fight scenes, since they're so minor and so many of them.
If I had to describe this show in a short sentence it would be: 'A great concept with such wasted potential'
Feel free to message me if you're agree/disagree and why!

Quick Review, Little spoilers. completed review.
Story 8/10:
It's fairly predictable, but fairly unique in it's own way. The closest i can think of is proabably mob psycho, but even then it's definitely enjoyable and really well written. There are some things that could do with a lot more explanation, but other than that, it's fun to watch.
Art 10/10:
Mappa smashing it as always, the art is near perfect. showing humourous faces and changing to a chibi style at the right moments, even during mid fights.
But the fight scenes, WOW. Honestly it's insanely good the detail that are in them, the animation is so smooth and flows really
...
well.
Sound 10/10:
Easily the best ED this season, and the op is up there as well. Not much to say, other than solid.
Character 10/10:
They're characters you fall in love with. I can already see cosplays coming out for Gojou. Minor characters and side characters such as nanami are also extremely cool. The balance between the characters is also very well done. Itadori may be the protagonist, but every character gets so much screentime and isn't ignored. I love it.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Fantastic, at first i was hesitant to watch it, but now every week i'm looking forward to it. I was genuinely surprised at how good it was, and especially how much it made me laugh.
Overall: 9/10
It's just the story that lets it down slightly, i can't pinpoint what exactly, but something is missing that stops it from being one of the greats in the genre, like boku no hero & mob psycho. But it is definitely up there!
Feel free to message me your opinions etc!
EDIT: the fight scenes are top notch. So beautiful to watch, especially in the last episode.
