As for recommendations, you seem to like a lot of female-protagonist and action anime, so I guess I can recommend:
-Shakugan no Shana (I stopped at the first season, but I think you'll like it [or hopefully, lol])
-Kyoukai no Kanata (this, as well as the one above have a strong female role)
-Madoka Magica (it isn't on your list surprisingly, aligning to what I think you like I think you'll enjoy it)
Again, that's what I have to recommend for you (after looking at your anime list and guessing your preference and taste) - if you want more feel free to ask.
As for my favorites, Angel Beats, Log Horizon, Akame ga Kill, Soul Eater, and Index (I'm shorthanding that damn title) are high up there on personal interests (some aren't the best anime but were highly entertaining for me).
Oh, as for Shoujo like Kamisama Hajimemashita and Inu Boku SS, Fruits Basket is considered a classic and a must watch for fans of the genre. Natsume Yuujinchou is my favorite Shoujo ever, and it has 5 seasons to boot, one airing now.
First, let's start with the ones you liked recently, like Yona of the Dawn.
I haven't finished any of these yet, but I've heard much about them and saw them around a lot. Juuni Kokuki Seirei no Moribito
and if you like them, Kemono no Souja Erin
I'm pretty sure you can appreciate them.
Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii is from the same studio. I love the main heroine in it. They aired in different seasons, yet when I hear about Yona, I'm always reminded of The World is Still Beautiful (Soredemo).
I suggest reading the Magi manga, as I find it much better than the first season which I had found as not a very faithful adaptation. The second season should be damn good, and so is Sinbad no Bouken.
Noragami is pretty unique. The second season is pretty good imo. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
As for the genres:
There is a series that falls to all the genres you've mentioned that I really, really loved. Higashi no Eden.
Series that first come to mind when you say romantic comedies are: Nana, Toradora! and Nodame Cantabile.
White Album 2 is my favorite Romance Drama. Recommended.
Thriller and Mystery? Monster, Death Note, Gankutsuou, Kara no Kyoukai movies.
Thrillers? Steins;Gate, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu and Satoshi Kon works like Paprika and Perfect Blue.
Aoi Bungaku Series is a must imo, as it adapts one of the most famous Japanese literature works, No Longer Human - Ningen Shikkaku. Most of these are also very Psychological, my favorite genre alongside Thriller and Sci-Fi.
Comedies? Gintama is the king. Great Teacher Onizuka is a classic.
Mystery? Shinsekai yori, Ergo Proxy.
Sorry if it was a bit overwhelming. I did my best to recommend you stuff I truly appreciate as an anime fan.
