Preliminary (33/49 chp)
When you first look at Vampire Doll you'll think "Oh, Tokyopop.... meh..."
However you'll be surprised that vampire Doll is actually a good read.

If you're looking for something with lots of action and a gripping storyline, you're not in the right place.
To be honest, you won't have a clue that much as to what kind of story-line this has... Volume1 fair enough, you'll be clear enough, but 2 onwards, things will be thrown in randomly and that slight trickle will slowly diminish to just confusion if you try to understand the storyline.

Vampire Doll is greatly enjoyable and funny, yes, Tokyopop manga that's funny. The art overall ...

Death Note (Manga) add
Unlike the brilliant anime, the Death Note manga in my opinions isn't quite as good. Yes, the story-line is identical apart froma few minor differences, nothing that changes anything. If you've seen the anime, you'll find it tedious re-reading the manga. Its the same.
However Death Note doesn't quite suit the manga as well as the anime. It starts of very good, but towards the later numbers it becomes heavily text-based and you'll be trolling through pages of talkign which is slightly more bearable in anime.
The only down-side to the manga is the artwork. Overall it is very good, but at time if you read it, ...

Death Note (Anime) add
There really isn'y that much to complain about Death Note.
It is most likely by far the best anime out there.
Unlike most anime you can watch nowadays, this has the smartest and most twiseted story line in existance. Howeverit is a bit 'heavy' and you'll need your full attention to know what's actually going on.

The first L arc is completely perfect with L battling light in a test of Intelligence, however the second Near and Mello Arc ends up slightly dragging on. Nothing wrong with this, but towards the end you may find it quite hard to keep with the storyline and events.

Definitely recommendable ...

It’s time to ditch the text file.
