The pace is the key for everything

Considering that Hellsing Ultimate is actually the second adaptation from its original source (the manga Hellsing), it were expected to be way more developed when compared to the first version. But actually, what makes the story really developed, it's how the studio was able to use the pace to tell such a long and detailed story as Hellsing. Every episode can tell a single story itself on its own arc at the same time that connects to the major plot of the anime, so it maintains the watcher paying attention even with the not usual length for animes like ... that

On the other hand, the style, both visual and audio, completes the anime in a way, that makes the experience unique. Considering all the plot between nations, and secret services, the choice of colors and shadows to represent each one of them, the song genre that plays in the background of each character, were so well defined, that creates an atmosphere to the watcher, making the experience totally unique and focused on the story itself instead of specific scenes like the actual animes as Kimetsu for example.

The most ambitious project from Production I.G was totally rewarded with greatness

The story itself mixes thriller with action at the same logic point that you can't disconnect one from the other. All the pace, all the mystery and all the good confusion, makes this show unique. The different timelines brings to the show some balance between what we know and what we WANT to know, which is the major good point from this series. Art, direction and sound design was totally on point to create an atmosphere that bring us to reality that the anime is inserted

It's an experience, so give it a chance and ... watch it

Gleipnir is the typical manga that are made to gather the soft ecchi niche but shows us some brink of geniality

Even though the main focus on every discussion it's about the panty shots or naked teenage girls, Gleipnir has actually a good point into developing world building inside of its own limitations. Using the alien trope as something to rely on, the way the powers and battles scales, are actually so good that at one point in an specific arc, you forget that over used ecchi moments. So the manga isn't bad but still lacks in the construction of the characters, letting them being the ... same as we met them in the beginning, so there is no evolution. But the story fills this kind of gap with great ideas (even if they're not explored as good as possible) and great ending battles. The end was a little bit odd, considering that should ended before the nerdy edgylord boy appears again just to prove the point that "stalking is good and it's a way to protect", so this is a major problem, but still, I would say to everyone to give a shot at least 30 chapters to see it if likes or not

If you want to be the best, you've to prove yourself (and be a little bit selfish)

The fantasy that this anime put into football, makes sounds like something awful, but actually connects in a way that only this story could receive that. I mean, it's a battle royale between attackers, so it needs to be a little over imaginative than something serious. Even though has technique behind the quotes and dialogues, it's still just another shounen that implies the power of evolving the characters itself to their maximum as something reachable or even trustable. All of the characters fit in this universe, even if they're ... couldn't be real, they fit because they are EXTREME to the story. Watch expecting that this is a fantasy game, but still with heads on the game (the real one)

This is what Tokyo Ghoul should be, but never tried.

When I say this affirmation, I'm stating that Tokyo Ghoul has narrative lack of concerning by their own script, thing that doesn't happen in Happiness. The manga is well structured in the beginning and shows us a narrative interesting, self centered (which means that other characters or even the protagonist aren't bigger than the story itself) and with good motivation by every character. The only problem is the lack of pace in the final volumes, leading to a rush story but still is a great conclusion, focusing on what should be focused all the time, ... showing us a great narrative command and write by the author

Occultism and World War II has a connection that should be more explored. And Hellsing did that

The manga is a great exploration of famous monsters of literature and the catastrophic reality of seeking power. The pace and the narrative takes the reader to the complex nature of human being, where the ultimate monster, the vampire, is actually more close to the humans (outside the manga, irl) than the church or the military, accusing of what Nietzsche said in the past (yea, that abysm quote)

So it's highly recommended to the ones that need a great narrative, that doesn't want so much of the readers brain, but ... still, can show a great story with short arcs, focusing in a pace that could be read in one night only, letting the story carry the reader through the mysticism and action that only a vampire fighting against nazis could provide

The love starts to appear more and the annoyance starts to fade away

This season is the reason why should everybody continue watching Nagatoro's day life. Because now, their are better characters, considering that their build their relations into the last season, and now, the whole plot of the anime is "how they gonna end together?", totally different when in the last season the most common question was "can she be less annoying?"

Building relations with anyone isn't easy, and the anime shows that in a particular but beautiful way, using motivations and jokes to make the watchers notice the details of getting attached to the feelings ... or to the person you like. Totally recommended for everyone

Although Shinra is super fast, the anime has a pacing that lacks enthusiasm for their watchers

Enen no Shouboutai is a modern classic in my view, because it wasn't afraid to explore new ways of narrative, and joint universes. But the anime seems to not having this in mind and focusing in great animations. This is major a problem because, if even the story uses action and fights as medium to the progress, the truly narrative progress are made by dialogues and plot twists that they offered using the characters (like Shou being alive in first season and stuff like that). So this second season we're ... supposed to see some narrative progress, but actually, they delivered only action progression. This isn't bad, but isn't good knowing what will happen in the future (last scene gives a hint).

It's not for everyone. The anime doesn't have great fights like Kimetsu no Yaiba or Fate:Zero, or neither have a great plor like Monster or Shingeki no Kyojin. But still, it's a great anime with great characters and have an overall quality pretty high though.

Hellsing (2001) has more fillers than canons, so the episodes are most unique than everything else. It isn't bad tho, but probably won't give hype to anyone who didn't watched anime back in time. So it's kinda dated the style, but it's still watchable.

The narrative follows in majority the life of Seras Victoria and Sir Integra than Alucard itself, which is a bold decision that fits the anime, but it doesn't make sense if you already read the manga. In the end, it's a good pastime considered that it's an old anime (I mean, ... 21 years it's a lot), but i wouldn't recommend. The soundtrack and visual animation is lit tho, the 90s/00s vibes from the anime were something truly amazing that had been lost in the following years.

I'm gonna be honest here, but I love romcom even if they're cliché or simple enough to not gather the attention of everyone

In this case here, we have great characters involving each other in their daily lives, in which one has something different to do, like cosplaying and manufacturing hina dolls. Even if this is sorta uncommon to ocidental style, the story kept a simple pace and and a famous rhythm of storytelling, which grasps the audience by making you fall in love not by the story, but for the characters

Marin is such a charismatic girl, which makes perfect sense of why she become the ... waifu of the season, at the same pace as Gojou is a normal and shy boy, where some of the audience can rely onto their life.

In the end, this anime is about a beautiful art and amazing characters doing the thing that most of students want: falling in love for each other. And even if it's not a WOW AMAZING STORY OF LOVE, they accomplish what they proposed in first place. Fun, lovable and a beautiful story to watch without thinking to much, just to enjoy these little things.
