so i re-watched parasite the maxim after almost two years and it was still great, it was a masterpiece for me the first time i watched it and it still is even after i re-watched it after two whole years. to me, everything about this anime is great;the characters,the character design,the soundtrack,the art,the plot,everything!
Parasite the maxim is one of the few anime around that takes you on a journey,each passing episode deeper than than the latter ,packed with suspense and action that keeps you on your toes no matter where you are, so if you still haven't seen it i suggest you stop ... reading this review and go and check it out if you don't want to be spoiled. But if you are okay with spoilers you can continue with the review.
All of a sudden parasitic creatures appeared on earth with the drive to eat a/any humans brain close enough for attacking, after which it resumes function of the body, these parasitic creatures have to feed on humans to survive. the story is now centered on a boy izumi shinichi who was attacked by a parasite but his brain wasn't eaten,his arm was, making him some kind of half human half parasite.
And with the art having so much color and life it would be difficult not to get drawn in by awesomely made character design and overall scenery which is in simple term beautiful.
Coupled with an exciting soundtrack that never lets any action scene down,always bringing out the life in all the action scenes.
Like i said earlier parasite is a great anime and if you still don't watch it after reading this review then you are missing out on a whole lot because for me this anime is a masterpiece wherever i go.

If you ask me brave 10 is one of the most underrated anime out there I personally loved it, I mean there's so much to love about it if you are a lover of the action, historical, adventure genre. The action I'm talking about is not some cheeky ball game or something epic less, I'm talking blood and ninja fights done so well you wouldn't be able to tell if you're watching it or not. Honestly I don't know why the popular opinion about the anime is so bad. Because for me everything about the anime is top notch the story, the art, ... the soundtrack, the characters everything.
The story talks about a female priestess on the run from ninjas trying to kill her after they had already killed everyone else in her temple she stumbled upon a ninja who doesn't have a master because he hates having one, now that might have been a problem for most ninjas at that time but not this guy, he loved being free. He saved the priestess from the ninjas and as they continued their journey they stumbled into the territory of a powerful man gathering ten skilled people from all around the world. That's just about what you'll get from me regarding the story if you want to know more, read the synopsis on MAL or better still check it out.


The art in this anime is wonderful the dark theme the anime had suited the story in fact you could tell that the amount of time and money put into the making of this anime doesn't deserve to be underrated in this manner. Despite the art not being brightly coloured, it's still a marvel how well the art matches the story. Beautifully designed action scenes, well drawn scenery, name it!


I think the soundtrack is one of the reason why the public opinion on the anime is not so good. I have always taught that a good soundtrack makes a good anime and while the soundtrack in the anime wasn't so bad it failed to bring to life those flashy scenes or failed to sound sad when it had to. Well apart from this complain, the soundtrack was awesome.

This anime had really strong characters, like I said earlier a man was gathering 10 really strong people around the world. It had characters really intelligent, some good with gun to each their own field. There was no character development because everyone around is a master in what they do. Brave 10 focused on the priestess because she was the only one weak, she was the only one that needed to be protected.


I think by now you already have an idea of how much I enjoyed brave 10 despite public opinion, for me the anime is ratted (9/10) I don't know how it'll be for you but it's not too late to find out.

Akatsuki no yona is a very interesting anime with so many things that'll make you fall in love with it..... The story, the characters, the sound, the art in fact it's just unique in it's own way. It's also one of the few reverse harem anime out there.
Akatsuki no yona has a basic plotline.......a spoilt yet strong and adventurous princess is on the run after being stripped of her class in one night after her father was killed by the most trusted guy in the royal house. So she thought that this was a perfect opportunity to see her kingdom because she was never ... allowed outside the castle. Traveling together with some really strong bodyguards, the anime shows her various adventures.


The art of this anime is wonderful, the action scenes, the background, everything was brightly coloured. It's even safe to say that this anime is one of those anime that has extremely great art.


The soundtrack is just average, it didn't lower the greatness of the anime neither did it increase it.


The characters in this anime are strong and good looking. With the princess as the main protagonist, she had a harem of about five pretty interesting guys. When it comes to talking about the characters in this anime, anything I write would only scratch the surface so if you really want to know more, check the anime out.


This is an anime with great art, story, sound, characters I'm not sure there are a lot of people that doesn't like this anime i personally scored it (8.5/10) .but who knows, yours might be higher

Fuuka is a very relaxing and soothing anime with a story that'll keep pulling you emotionally, with music, drama, school and romance as it's genre it managed to combine teenage romance and drama with music. Fuuka is also one of few anime with a female protagonist. The story is about a very talented musician who didn't realize she was until she meet a guy who happened to go to the same high school with her, he persuaded her and she agreed to start singing. The girl being spontaneous, self-centered and caring formed a band by forcing the members even if some of them doesn't know ... much about the instrument they'll be playing. Well it's just like a simple slice of life, school, and musical anime at first glance but add romance, love triangles, drama, jealously to the picture and it becomes an anime filled with emotional scenes that might even burst you to tears.


The art work of fuuka is clearly beautiful, brightly coloured and entertaining, I'm serious the art work is an (8.5/10). But hey don't take my word for it check it out.


As you already know by now, this anime is a musical anime combined with romance so it's only natural that the soundtrack would be touching. At every scene good, bad or ugly, the soundtrack was always there to bring out the best in it thereby making the sad scenes sadder and happy scenes appear happier. Well you'll understand this when you watch it.


Fuuka took good care of it's characters. If you ask me the character development and the attention given to all of them, no one was left behind. Even if it had some cliche characters it still was fun to watch what would happen next. With that I give it an (8/10) rating.


If you ever want to try a romantic anime filled with drama and music, give fuuka a shot you wouldn't regret it. Because I enjoyed it to the point I'm giving it an (8.5/10) rating because like I said earlier the emotional aspect of the anime would keep pulling you to the next scene and you would love it.


My overall for this anime would be an (8/10) rating because even if the drama in the anime is great, it's filled with cliche it's like entering a site filled with ads, it also has no remarkable plot twist. Well if you can overlook all these things you would find fuuka to be very interesting too.

Higashi no Eden is not like your everyday sci-fi anime, it had a touch of romance and mystery and thriller and a story that will keep you glued to it .....the complex yet simplicity of the story would leave you wanting more. Get this, what would you do if you suddenly get ten billion in your account and someone who you can call to fix any situation you are in at a cost that varies depending on the task. Well that's the position certain group of people found themselves in.... They could be what ever they wanted. The story to me is just about ... what these set of people did as they came across that much money and power.


As for the art, I give it 8.5 out of 10, the art was awesome.... It managed to bring out the mysterious feel the anime had to light, it wasn't colourful and didn't stand out either. But all that plainness just added to the greatness of it.


The soundtrack was blissful every scene was spectacular the soundtrack is one of the things that will make you stay with the anime.


The characters in this anime we're quite selfish everyone had their own interests in mind... Not that I blame them that's probably what I'll do I I have that kind of money.


I don't have much to say about how much I enjoyed watching it but I have this much.... If you're done reading this and you are free pick it up and it because I see no reason why you wouldn't enjoy it the way I did.

Those of you that's really into action anime wouldn't really like this anime because the action in it is moderate, the anime deviated a little bit from the normal action when it come the hero fighting the demon lord and touched other genres like slice of life and romance and a little bit of harem... I think it's one of the few harem anime that doesn't involve school. The story talks about the demon lord destroying the human world, then came the hero. They fought and she wounded him because she was a little bit stronger that what he expected. In order not to loose, ... he had to flee so him and one of his right hand man fled to our realm. But one thing was miscalculated they really use magic on our realm so even the great demon lord and the hero that followed we're just ordinary people here....... In a place where you have to work before you can eat.


The art was good my precise remark would be (8.5/10). Even if you wouldn't like any thing in this anime, I assure you would like the art.


The sound was pretty normal to me, nothing outstanding and because the story
wasn't really outstanding, it didn't affect the bad it had.


The characters in this anime were likeable they made sure of that because you wouldn't know the side you want to be on... The hero or the demon lord. They were always dragging you to the next scene and since you like the characters, you wouldn't want to miss it. Making you to almost never get bored of watching the anime.


I'm not going to say because I enjoyed it so will you.... That's highly unlikely it's just that I enjoyed it and I'm pretty sure you will too.


As for my overall, it's (8/10). There was really nothing flashy about the anime the story was good but apart from that nothing to make it stand out from others...... Everything was just normal.

Zankyou no terror is an anime one might actually get bored when watching. I think those into action anime wouldn't take a liking to it because even if the genre of the anime is action, mystery, and psychological, it's lacking the flare it's supposed to have. Apart from this the story is pretty captivating, we have a government secret research facility performing experiments on children and when two of the children couldn't take it anymore, they escaped and so the research facility was shut down..... All evidence of it was disposed. The buildings, the documents and the children. The escaped children found out how ... they just threw their friends away and wanted revenge on the government, so they turned to terrorism.

The art is pretty awesome, seriously fits the anime. You could tell how much work was put into the animation because of the detailed information it had. It wasn't brightly coloured and it had a real life feel.

The Soundtrack was great! If I had to pick one thing I enjoyed most in this anime, it's the soundtrack. It made an emotional scene more emotional, an action scene to have more action feel. Bottom line, it was great.

One thing I think this anime failed to do well is that they didn't make the main character likeable, in fact that's the only wrong thing about the characters, they weren't likeable. Apart from that they we're smart, strong courageous, everything you think a main character needs.

As for how I enjoyed it, I'll say it was moderate, it didn't bore me enough to drop it, it didn't thrill me enough to seriously like it.

I'll give zankyou no terror a 6 out of ten score in between pretty good and pretty bad. But i wouldn't be sure you would fell the same, who knows, it might be the best anime you've seen.

The story of drifters is very intriguing. If you are bored and you want a good historical, action, supernatural and adventure anime, I can't think of any other good examples right now. In fact the uniqueness of the concept amazes me, because it found a way to bring war heroes and strong historical icons to another world where humans, demi humans and monsters are at war and forced them to either fight each other or work together. I loved it.

The kind of art drifters has fit it's uniqueness very well. The art was dark themed, tallying with the somewhat dark theme the anime ... portrays, drawing out every scene to almost perfection. The blood, the fight, the comedy, the scenery everything was done really well.

I don't really have much to say about the soundtrack ....actually I hated it it failed to bring the scenes to life. I've always taught a good soundtrack makes a good anime, so in my own opinion I'll say the soundtrack was pretty average compared to the not so average art and story. Well it's just my opinion, I might be wrong.

The characters were interesting I wouldn't say they were lovable and I can't say they were plain.... They were just in between. Since they were different war heroes from different time and place, they were some who just plain evil that just wanted to destroy mankind, some who wanted to conquer territory, some who wanted to go back and have a hot bath. They all had their selfish interests in mind as they do what they do, that's what made it interesting.

Bottom line, drifters is not the type of anime you want to keep on your plan to watch category for too long.

Amazing story for a simple and easy going anime, the kind of anime you want to sit back relax and finish. I found myself drawn to it after the first episode. You know very well that a strong male lead and harem always mixes nicely.

I don't really have much to say about the art.... I really don't know if I like it or hate it... ..bottom line the art is pretty normal but that's only my opinion.

As for the sound I taught it was really captivating, it really brought the scenes to life. I loved it.

The characters were nice, lovable, cute.... ... Even had a tsundere character. And what good is a harem anime without a tsundere character.
