Story: There have always been people and there always will be people that will evade laws and slip past justice after committing a crime. For people that have committed serious crimes and escaped unscathed, there is an organization of code breakers to dispose of them. The manga brings up many philosophical ideas of crime and punishment especially of the death penalty and the "can people really change?" debate. Although a very interesting plot at first, I can only give the story an 8 because it is very repetitive and does not present any big plot twists or enough suspenseful moments. I must have heard the
...
saying "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" at least once every chapter.
Art: Nothing special. Could see what was going on in the battles and the characters are pretty well drawn. (9)
Character: The development of the characters is very drawn out in the series. It teaches you little by little about each code breaker and their reasons for fighting. The main character of the story doesn't seem to have much of a personality except for a save everyone even if he is evil attitude. However, the main code breaker makes up for this with his mysterious often contradicting ideology that I still can't figure.
Enjoyment: I loved the action scenes. Each code breaker's power makes sense (which is a plus! well... sometimes its a stretch, but almost!) and is just plain badass. When compared to other strictly action shounen mangas, this definitely comes on top. (10)
Overall: You can probably compare this manga to D.Gray Man, Naruto, and Bleach in its ability to bring you into action filled battle mangas. I give this an overall 9.

Story: It's not really unique. A persevering student finally gains acceptance by a teacher in martial arts that also holds supernatural powers, but is shocked to learn that the teacher dies not long after teaching basic techniques. The student then goes to a school for martial artists (semi-complicated - The school exists to steal traditional martial arts techniques passed down by families in exchange for artificial ki rewarded after winning fights) Pretty much being forced into the school, the main character sets forth to make a name for himself like a typical shounen. (9)
The art is pretty good. Nothing special. The manhwa is full of
...
men with 6 packs and smoking hot ladies. (9)
Characters: This is what gets me. I absolutely love the personality of the main character. If you want to follow the story of a badass character (maybe like Ichigo or Naruto?) who starts off very weak (maybe like Ikki from Air Gear) at first, then this is the manga, er, manhwa for you. His dogged spirit just tricks me out. He acknowledges once that he might get some broken bones and get beaten to a pulp at first, but he will still fight in order to get stronger. Even with his idioticly determined fighting spirit, he still has a sense of humor which makes him a thoroughly enjoyable character for mainstream shounen addicts. (10)
Overall: If you're looking for a deep story or a meaning to life, then this manga is not for you. If you're looking for hot babes, ecchi, or a good romance, this manga is probably not for you. If you're looking for kickass battle scenes, badass characters, and lots of action, then I would full heartedly recommend this. I give this an overall 10.

Ichigo 100% fits perfectly in the classic Shounen, Harem, Ecchi, Romantic, Comedy manga category often reminding me of mangas such as Love Hina (no similarities really besides one loser surrounded by many girls)
Story: The story isn't really that great at first. An enormous amount of ecchi was incorporated into the story and took away from the story. The main character Manaka falls in love with a girl with strawberry panties (which is why the series is also called strawberry 100%). Well, although the story definitely starts off badly, the manga turns into a full blown romance that I found very enjoyable. There are loads of
...
emotional moments where you go "aww..." that make this manga great. By chapter 81, I am already rooting for my favorite girl Satsuki to win Manaka's love.
Art: Although the art was nothing special at first, I thoroughly enjoyed the artwork throughout the rest of the series. There were so many moments where I was blown away from the cuteness of a character. I love the artist's style and way of drawing such pretty female characters. (guys are also drawn pretty well)
Character: Really, if you like Ichigo 100%, it is because of the characters. The main hook to this series is the development of each of the characters so that you really connect in some way to each of them. Every girl is distinctly different and their relationship with Manaka is very unique. You end up rooting for the girl that suits your own personality, and the manga keeps you guessing to who Manaka will choose at the very end. I only regret that Manaka has to be such a pervert at times, but I guess guys can all connect to that.
With the brilliant blend of comedy and romance minus an addition of ecchiness and fan service, I give this a 10 overall

Story: At first, the story seems like a typical shonen. A guy who spends his time fulfilling requests and doing various jobs gets sucked into a game run by the character Nemesis Q where he is teleported along with several others to a world where people gain supernatural powers and fight monsters. I admit that this plot sucks so far, but you must read on for the plot to develop. The plot develops rapidly after the main characters find out the secret to this other world and it becomes a legit save the world scenario. (I give this a 10)
Art: I typically don't pay attention
...
to art. I enjoy the artwork of this manga and it was always clear during battles unlike some mangas. (9)
Character: The character development is rather poor since you meet many characters at once, but it doesn't detract too much from the plot. As the series still continues, more personality is being developed so stay tuned. (8)
Overall: I really like this manga and it is one of the top 5 mangas that I currently read and anxiously wait for new chapters. Overall, I think this deserves a 9.
