♡ HI, it's been a while. Our club has been on hiatus for over 2 years, mostly due to COVID and adjusting to life since then. I'm pleased to bring news about us opening a discord server and migrating everything we had from the club to the server. I hope to make it more interactable with this and build a small community again. The club is going to change their name! Yes, it will be quite unfortunate BUT!
we hope you guys won't leave just cause we've changed our name D: We'll still
be having the same concept and providing you with many card editions from here
and there. Alongside our Loyalty Card system. There's not a real reason to change
the name but just wanted a mystical if this is even the right word for it.. feel~

Anime Challenge: Highest Score
Another Breaking News?! ಠ▃ಠ
Indeed.. I decided to want to close the Anime Challenge.. for several reasons.. even
if they're not a good reason, I'm honestly really happy that some of you joined the club
just for watching anime on other people's list ^^ We'll take a break from the anime
challenge and will be planning for extra events to make up for the loss. Don't go away
just yet cause you'll be missing quite a few thrillers~
The youtube video has nothing related to the upcoming events...
again.. it's late and I'm supposed to be sleeping ;_;

Card Editions && Claims
Pokemon Collector Edition is still ongoing?! ఠ_ఠ
For the time being, yes. It will end when 53 pokemons have been out in the field.
There's just too many pokemons out there to do so I'll need a break from it </3
Those that have been collecting them, you will be receiving a certificate. It may
come in handy, who knows.

Making a thread seems kind of pointless so I'll want to liven up the club comments with

• Games: Fresh ideas that haven't been done in order clubs or what you think most people would enjoy playing.
• Events: Something like what we've had in the past like Bingo & Anime Challenge
• Cards & Claim themes are most welcomed
Do not be afraid to be the first to post.

Blog Entries
Seriously guys.. Is Blog Entry the new trend around here? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Can't stress this enough that we understand you would like to separate comments &
blog entries for deliveries or if you disabled everything but I beg of you to at least clean
them. We don't have the right to tell you how to run your blogs BUT it's really
troublesome for people that deliver. It's best if you just save your cards and delete the
deliveries from existence or a new blog entry if you want to keep them.

Plagiarism
Putting this out there as I've mentioned in the club comments before, I do not want
to see people copying off each other's work UNLESS you got permission. (╬ಠ益ಠ)
It's unpleasant to see others copying and pasting or trying to replicate the same
content. As much as I want to ignore this, it just keeps happening and people
do notice the comparison. I'm saying this nicely but please just stop it already.

Bingo Card Makers are new to the list. It's usually Oliviasyl or VocalisticMelody making them
for the participants but we need more people D: It's not a difficult task and you would only
need to make them each month. If you need help on how to make it, there is a tutorial that
Dark made to help you get a little understanding of ʕ　·ᴥ·ʔ

Loyalty Cards

Are you one that likes collecting a bunch of cards?
The Loyalty Card will be perfect for you since it will allow you to request for more cards.
(+ it can be used to let us know how loyal you are to the club!)

For those that have requested loyalty cards or have been using them,
you may have already received a notice about the reset.
Yes, it's happening starting at the beginning of this month.
We decided a little late into the year but this is for the better.. for everyone at least.
What does this mean? You will need to request a new one over here.
Afterwards, you will get it in a few days. Be patient (・ω < )

Did you know that once your card is loaded with 10 stamps, you can ask for more rewards?
You think we're kidding? Naw (・ε・ )
Our stamper will notify you when your card is fully stamped so you would
need to request a new one in order to get to

A little insight on the revamp of the Loyalty Cards that we've implemented:
Originally, we were going to reset by using the same old loyalty cards.
Now, to avoid confusion, we've made new ones to replace the old ones.
They're simple but looks just as great as the originals.

Remember: Everyone needs to use their loyalty card frequently.
If the loyalty card isn't used in a period of three (3) weeks, it will be deleted.
You will then need to request a new one and start from the beginning (T⌓T).

Oh, almost forgot. For requesting our loyalty card for the first time, you'll need to
have one of our Official Member Cards -AND- our Official Member Badges.

Since we're heading into the new club year, we'll try to put out more newsletters.
And a new list because there's a good amount of inactives and those that probably
don't want to subscribe anymore. But it's a lot of work to figure that out.

Club Anniversary

The club's 3rd anniversary will be occurring in just under 2 months.
We're still working on what we'll be doing during the anniversary month.
Will there be events? The staff and I will do our best to make it happen.
So hopefully, we can see more people around in the club during April.

On that note, some (or most) of you have noticed the lack of activity in the club.
As I've said before, club activity's a 2-way street. Us staff members can't be active all the time,
since we have things to do IRL. So we're requesting you members to help keep the club active.
On our end, we're doing what we can to keep the club active, such as more card editions.
For those interested in talking in the club comments, some of us are around if needed.

Events

Valentine's Day is coming up and we have a claim just for the occasion.
Remember, you'll need a badge to claim, either the v3 or v4 badges.
For those that don't have a badge, you'll need an OMC to request one.
To those that don't have OMC and/or OCB: OMC v.4 | OCB v.3

We have an event that's based on members participation but it is a work in progress.
The reason is that, we need to know if anybody is interested in it at all.
The idea of the event is that, each month, members would participate in a card edition
along with the staff on a certain theme. Think of it each member being a guest card maker.

Those of you that have been around a few years ago may remember this event from a certain club.
However, we'll only do this if there's enough people interested in doing it.

Staff Recruitment

The Staff Recruitment thread is available for those interested.
The only position available atm are: Card Maker and Claim Maker.
Because each staff members are able to deliver their own cards and we rarely do NLs (only when needed).

The only requirements to apply is access to a photo edition program (ie. Photoshop).
If you don't know how to make a card, you can google around on how to edit pictures,
or do what I do for my cards: play around with Photoshop and see what works.

If you have any questions about it, feel free to contact me.

Since we are coming up on the club anniversary, we would like to hear
from you members on what you want to see us do for the new club year.
We're open to any suggestions but it has to be something we can do.

However, stuff like more staff members are out of our control.
Because we can't control who applies and how many.

Loyalty Cards
