I, personally, think Fooly Cooly is an anime that has an obscure plot, and it shouldn't definitely be taken seriously by any standards. The animation is fantastic, an eye candy for all. The art style varies greatly from manga style to South Park, and made me quite intrigued (meaning my eyes were GLUED to the screen in simple terms). The characters' personalities are all crazy in their own way, especially Haruhara Haruko. She is INSANE (but, don't worry, in a good way). The span of the whole anime is disappointingly short and the ending made me go, "Huh? It's over? Wha-?" The plot is,
