The thing that got me into One Punch man is the fact that he doesn't go on long tangents about how 'lost his family so he must restore his honor' Or some crap like that. He goes to the place, makes jokes and kills a 100 foot monster about as easy as squashing a bug (well, not as easy as squashing a mosquito for sure)
He's smart mouthed, saying he can never find someone as strong as him, and that's true! First season, episode after episode is a new monster and new problem and Saitama easily defeating the monster and problem with the help of ... Genos. But man, if you told me that we A) would have a huge and long drawn out arc of Saitama trying to win a karate tournament, I would have been on the fence about watching it. But if you'd told me Saitama would be spending less time with Genos then I probably would have fallen off the fence and ran far away.
And yes, I know every anime has its time where they finally have to get to some kind of arc or finally come up with a plot and not just have filler, but that's what made One Punch Man, it!
The art wasn't as crisp this season, could be just me but it just didn't feel the same. Nothing felt the same as it was last season.

There most likely are not nearly enough words in the English dictionary to express the beauty and captivating art that I had just witnessed on screen. The detail and sound effects are astounding and in every aspect, it is pleasing and very relaxing. Apart from the story.
Personally, the story was a tad bit confusing. They're in love but they can't because of their age gap, I get that much. But near the end why was he yelling at her, why did they suddenly start yelling and then hug one another? It just is confusing for me. And she did end up moving away, which is ... also understandable considering her circumstances.
But what I'm not understanding is the plot, a 27-year-old and a child not even 16 falls in love because of rain, poetry, and life trauma? And in the end, they don't end up together, which also, understandable since he's not even 16 or over and she's in her late 20's.
So the story is basically pointless, or maybe not entirley?
I'm obviously missing something, but for the time being I would have to rate this movie a 7/10
Why? plot is strange and confusing, but man the animation style is just far to amazing for me to rate it any lower.
