A shinigami falls in love with a human, and a bunch a funny stuff end up happening. Both are alike a so awesome. Both are really sweet, and funny.

In this a shinigami guy is sent to kill a girl but ends up falling for her! Pretty much similar! Both really sweet, and great!

Both have a demon that they will obviously fall in love with, and other demons trying to eat her to get her power.

If you liked Kodomo no Omocha (TV) add

...then you might like Clannad add

Both the main guys are having troubles with their family because of their mothers death and the main girls both help them through that. Not only that but the lead girl from Kodomo no Omocha has an ilness. Not really much alike but both are just such sweet plots. I would recommend the manga though.
