Both are isekai, and both MCs are weak but are good strategists. Both always die but are revived one way or another. Some differences could be KonoSuba has the element of comedy, unlike Re:Zero, which is more of a psychological and a drama. Both always get a "satisfactory" end-result most of the time, but it isn't that easy for them to achieve it.

Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge

Will call it Tanaka-kun because the title is too long. Tanaka-kun is dull, slow, and boring in the beginning, but it gets better. The art is good in both, but it is light in Tanaka-kun. They both are Slice of life and school, but Tanaka-kun has comedy, unlike Hyouka, which is a mystery and more serious. Tanaka-kun is a little clichéd, but it is mixed in well with the listlessness attribute, and most people will be able to relate to Tanaka. There isn't an FMC like Hyouka, though there is one-sided love, you could say. The show will get you, and it will make you feel how the MC feels (all lazy, tired, and energy-conserving). Both MCs like to conserve energy and are lazy. Both Houtarou and Tanaka would agree that it takes too much effort to do shit. The cast is also good in both that work well with the MCs. To be clear, Tanaka-kun is a lazy character, but that is not all there is to it, and they both have interesting storylines.
