Finally got to watch this after catching up on other animes and this one is a good one and a must see.
The main story in my opinion is mostly renji-kun life, they had other small stories for everyone else, but most of it i believe leans more to renji. Renji always walks down a railroad track which has been broken for a long time, he meets a girl name Chihiro Shindou while he is walking. they start to talk alot and get to know each other, he has been warned not to fall in love with her and if he does, he will have to

face what happens afterwards. Renji finds out that chihiro has a memory of a 13 hour life span, she can only remember 13 hours of her life, she always brings a diary with her and writes everything down so when she wakes up in the morning, she knows what she did they day before. Renji falls in love with her despite the fact of her condition and helps her with a dream she always wanted to do but was nearly impossible because of her condition, which is to write a novel. Anything else i say will basically be spoilers but for some reason i believe the main character in the short stories they have in this anime, renji would be the most important one.
The art in this anime is beautiful. you have your summer Christmas in a different country, then your winter Christmas in japan. Not only that this anime is all about art, the characters in the anime love to draw, one is a manga artist for example, so seeing all the art and pictures they make themselves is very good.
This is an overall good anime, you'll need to watch this first before watching ef a tale of melodies, so please watch memories first then melodies, but dont forget to bring something to wipe your tears with after watching this anime, this anime is all about love and romance and how far someone will go to be with someone they fell in love with.

I am going to start off by saying, i let this anime sit for a long time before i picked it up again and started watching it after a friend told me to watch it and man did it hit the feel zone.
Story- Yuzuru Otonashi ends up at this school that seems like a huge battle zone, he didn't know how he got there or what even happen to him, he lost his memory and doesn't know what is going on, then he meets up with Yuri Nakamura the leader of the Shinda Sekai Sensen, who is trying to defeat Angel ( Kanade Tachibana) who

they believe was an angel sent from God to punish them for what they did, while Otonashi doesn't remember a thing, he doesn't believe Angel is that evil, so he tries to talk to her and then she kills him, he wakes back up the next day with no injury's, then the SSS finally tells him he is in a world where you cannot actually die. He teams up with the SSS to defeat Angel but begins to find out, she is actually a good person and tries to help everyone from the SSS out of the world, As he tries to do that, he has to find out what they wanted to do before they have past away so they do not regret that they died.
Art- Art is really good, cant really say so much about it, very decent. 10/10
Sound- Sound was really good as well, seem like regular gun shot noises, like they didn't really put realistic effort in the gun sounds, its no gunslinger girl basically, but the anime had good sound, good quality.
Character- Every character has their own story, which is all a sad one, but ill do my best not to spoiler alert, and will only review the main characters
Kanade Tachibana- Cant really say anything here except that she is not an angel, she is just like the SSS, and this adorable little girl is one of the strongest in the school
Yuri Nakamura- Leader of the SSS, Tries to find ways to beat Angel
Yuzuru Otonashi-Lost his memory but regains it back and remembers what he really wanted to do before he died
Yui- Probably the most adorable girl in the anime, plays in a band as the lead singer and lead guitar, but always wanted to do so many things before she past way
enjoyment- I really did enjoy this anime, it made me cry and i am 24 years old, but the repeat of the dying and coming back alive kinda got a little annoying, but it didnt really matter at the end and you understand why they kept coming back alive at the school
overall- I would really recommend this anime if you like Anohana, Clannad, things of that nature, this anime was truly sad and it never looked like it would turn out that way, it look like a crazy action semi comedy anime until the story gets deeper and deeper and then you sit in the corner and cry.

After i got done watching this anime, I HAD to make a review, I been looking for a good murder mystery after i got done watching Higurashi no Naku Koro ni now if i am correct this is made by the same person, and I have to say I like the story on this anime more than Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
Story 10/10-Main Character rolls in from a different school and gets transfer, he was put into a class where every student seems to be hiding something, he notices 1 girl in the class that everyone seems to avoid, so him being the new person

in the school, trys to become friends with her, ever since that happens, every student in that class starts dying 1 by 1.
Art 10/10- I like my anime in 720P nice art and a good story, this had it, the art was wonderful, kinda to creepy, which i like!
Sound 10/10- how can sound be 10/10? quality right? not just that, every time you hear a sound thats out of place in this anime, you know something bad is about to happen! i can hear the sound and know that, yea say goodbye to this character!
Characters 10/10- main character was good, I believe that "Another" has better characters when it came to mystery than Higurashi no Naku Koro ni but this is also because this anime is newer, better voice actors, better characters.
enjoyment- 10/10- I have to say, im not the one who usually re-watches anime, and I am probably going to re-watch this because i like it that much, yea its only 12 episodes, but I notice the best animes have the less episodes, funny right? take my word on this, I don't re-watch animes, hell i havent even re-watched gantz yet and thats my best anime of all time, but im going to re-watch another because i enjoyed it that much!
overall- 10/10- Animes like this is what I get a good feeling out of, movies nowadays suck and animes know how to deliver and this anime did very well and I am glad i took the time out to watch this and I hope this review helps you out without telling you to much of the story!

"If i didn't meet her, would she have lived a better life"
this is what every guy thinks every single day when stuff gets bad with the women he loves, and just even writing that gives me the freaking chills, this anime is for sure heart breaking and made me tear up and i am a 22 year old man. this anime was just eye balling, i always hear "this and this anime was sad" hell freaking no it wasn't this anime has to be the saddest one i have seen, especially when you can relate to the tomoya in the series, this story brings me

back into high school days and thinking the same thing he did in season 1 and in season 2 and cant believe how stupid i was thinking back then, this anime just makes you reflect on your stupidity guys, trust me! if you really want to see a sad anime, this is it, and have fun watching it by yourself cause you dont want to be out in the public when you start crying cause this ANIME HITS THE FEELS!
Story
before you even think of watching clannad after story you have to watch clannad first, even though clannad after story beats clannad, you wont understand the heart breaking moments and other stuff (trying not to put a spoiler in) this story really touched me in the feels, the feels in this anime is crazy, coming from s1 of clannad this story takes place where everyone graduates and live their adult lifes and without me putting a spoiler in here, i'll leave it at that

i am one of those type of guys who wont watch anime if the art is good, so if i watched it, you know the art is good and in good quality
sound
pretty good sound quality, mines coming from a regular laptop, i dont have though 200 dollar head phones, but how the sound quality was from shitty laptop speakers, it was good!
character
All the characters were good, everyone had their on role and not just like regular role, what i am trying to say is that, you can feel the feels of these characters
enjoyment
did i enjoy this anime? HELL FREAKING YES! ill say this, the people who read my few reviews on other animes know i do not write an review unless the anime is worth my time, and this anime made me enjoy it every single minute, and this is how much i enjoy it, my desktop motherboard broke, and i borrowed my friends laptop so i can finish watching this "feel" anime, this is how might i liked it, and if you're wondering, i am using the same laptop to write this review!

overall this anime is worth your time, i have seen some sad anime, you can check myanimelist, i been prolonging this anime for way to long and after i got done watching it, i was pissed off at myself for not watching this anime sooner, so if you read this damn review and you're prolonging this anime, well dont! show less

Sword Art online, a virtual MMO, while everyone was happy it finally been released to everyone they find themselves trapped in the game and only way to get out was to beat the game, but if you die in the game you die in real life.
story- Story is pretty solid, you have your main character that likes to be a SOLO player and he tries to beat the game to save everyone, later he was forced to join a guild after loosing at a battle with the Knight of Blood guild where he has to go clear one of the 100 floors with a team,

while he only likes being a SOLO player, he falls in love with a girl name asuna who is in the same guild as him, they both take a vacation in the game for 2 weeks and talk about how they will live their lives together after they beat the game, they have a child in the game name yui, he teams up with asuna and a few members of the KOB guild and other random guilds to clear a floor where he kills the final boss and SAO is finally no more. Kirito (main character) being happy and finally clearing the game, he tries to find asuna and finds out she still has not awaken from the game, he soon later finds out she is trapped in another game, so he gets the game and tries to save her before anything bad happens to her.
Art- this anime has to be the best art i seen in a long time, you have so many cities and towns to see in the MMO and every detail seems perfect,
Sound- Sound is really good, i do not really know how to judge when it comes to sound cause i am not using my surround sound speakers, but if the sound comes in good with crappy laptop speakers then i am sure the sound is perfect.
Character- You get the feel of every character, which i am starting to like, you get a chance to get behind and see whats happening with every main character, especially with yui, asuna and kirito.
Enjoyment- as you see i gave it a 9/10, even though i really like this anime and for people who know when i write reviews its because i really enjoyed it, the anime just seems a little fast paste, didn't really show him leveling and killing regular monsters, 1 day hes level 1 then somehow hes level 50 in the next episode and you're just like "how the hell?" and it turns into a big love story out of know where in the middle of the anime, it didn't even look like it would be a romance anime until you pass the middle of it.
overall- overall is a good anime, the manga is still ongoing, so i hope they come out with a third season, would really like to continue the series, i am too lazy to read another manga, i still have gantz to read, but hopefully we will see a new season soon
