The concept of the anime is very well thought out; it keeps you on your feet. Towards the end of the anime, things start to pickup. At first, the anime was really slow but in the end I liked how they wrapped it up and the story kind of got rid of any loose ends. However, you really have to dig deeper. Many events that occur are not self-explanatory so you have to pick up little clues and piece them together yourself.
