This is the story that you can definitely watch while you're doing something else because it's quite hard for me to be engrossed in it due to how it only displays the top layer of the plot instead of diving deeper into the issue that it is planning to discuss on.
Plot: Holds potential but merely scratching the surface layer. It lays out the idea of genocide via grammar but it does not go into how and why it is capable to do such things. Also, it would be highly interesting if this anime explore the flatliners soldier too. I wanted to see more of
...
them; perhaps conflicts of being flatliners soldier or how they 'feel' as flatliners.
Characters: A bit shallow. I want to know about Clavis' background, etc. I want to know when he falls for Lucie. I get it that he is a flatliner but I'm pretty curious at what moment, why, he falls for Lucie. That's only the tip of the iceberg, it'll be too long if I decided to ramble on the lack of information about the character.
Flow: I would say it is pretty stagnant, quite slow if I must add and there's plot holes.
Overall, I watch this anime on a whim as I was interested in it years ago but now I just want to get rid of this on my tbw list. I don't rec this anime. It holds potential but it unfortunately does not deliver.

I found out about this anime through social media and after seeing a few seconds clip of this anime, it pique my interest. After watching all of the episodes however, I change my mind.
Plot: 2/10
There's so many plot holes. Who create such game? Who is the mastermind behind all these chaos? What exactly makes Rachel Gardner so special? None of my many questions were answered even after I have watched the entire episodes. The plot is ridiculously unrealistic in terms on how the characters react to different situations. What is the goal of this anime? I can't see it.
Gore elements? None. Sure there's blood
...
here and there but it's nothing gory, nothing worth gasping or chilling over.
Characters: 2/10
Holy, I hate Rachel's character the most. Her character is boring, typically cold, mysterious main character who has no goal in life and is so overly obsessed with the concept of dying in the name of God. Which is ridiculous considering she is one of the sinners.
Isaac's character is shallow though kind of interesting. With the amount of blood he loses between episode 8 to 11, I think he probably should've died.
The priest's character is not explained well it got me confused. All in all, I couldn't love even one single character in this anime.
Over all: 2/10
I felt like I wasted so many times watching all episodes of this anime. I keep on waiting and waiting for it to surprise me, to entertain me, even just a little, I keep on giving this anime a chance. But it's... just so disappointing.
Not recommended at all.

Plot: 7/10
It's a really bittersweet plot honestly. I'm sad that all of them are parting ways. However, the friendship portrayed in the episodes are realistic. It's true we might part ways but it definitely doesn't mean that it's the end of the friendship.
I like the humour in this anime as well.
Characters: 8/10
The thing I like about this anime is because the characters stay in their architype. They are definitely not flat characters as you can definitely see their growth in this anime.
I like the way they subtly give audience hints about new characters. It got me wondering and looking forward to continue watching
...
free. Each character has their own past and reason to swim; why they are so passionate about swimming and honestly, it makes me want to swim again!
Enjoyment: 8/10
I personally think that this is better than Free first season. I'm looking forward to watch Free Dive Into The Future!

Plot: 6/10
There's a bit improvement from the first season plot. I can see the goal in the second season. It's not face paced unlike the first season, which is good. Plus point for that. It's a solid plot but is it extraordinary, definitely not. I especially do not like the few last episodes because I feel like it drags the story.
Characters: 6/10
I still have problems with the characters. I couldn't love the characters back in season one and I still couldn't love them till now. If I still have to choose a significant character in this anime, for season one I would choose
...
Ki in a heartbeat but for season two, it will definitely go to Jiun, the minor character.
You Keika- still the same as ever though a bit stronger than the previous season.
Ki- Definitely the problematic character in this season. First of all, his character in the past is definitely out of character. If I correctly recall, when we dived into Ki's fiance's past in the first season, we could definitely see a cold Ki when he was a child. However, in this season, suddenly Ki is portrayed as someone extremely kind and carefree back when he was still a child. Somehow I felt uncomfortable watching how his character is drastically changed. Not a fan of that so a huge minus point for Ki. Plus, he is supposed to be the most powerful Youmenshi in the world but in season 2, he seems weak. And please, can someone count how many times Ki coughs out blood for me throughout the episodes?
Shouken- He gives me the same vibe as Suzaku from Hangyaku no Lelouch and I don't like this either.
Comments: There's definitely something wrong with the tomanku family. It's clearly wrong for what they did to Shouken. Binding his soul and used him as a blood bank for Ki are definitely inhumane acts yet this family did not pay the price for their wrong doings which bothers me a lot.
Overall: 6/10
This anime has a solid plot, a good foundation yet missing the important pieces which halts it from being one of the best anime. The fighting scenes aren't that great, the mystery is predictable, the struggles Ki and Keika have to go through is too long which makes the audience (me) bored halfway throughout the story.
And please, Shouken, for the love of God and for the sake's of Keika and Ki's happiness, please do not return to the world.

At first I'm just going to give this show a standard 7 but after considering other important aspects and comparing it to other good anime, I decided to lower the score to 5.
Plot: 4/10
I like the spirit-master relationship. The power portrays at the beginning of the story got me excited and anticipated for more. However, as I watched episode by episode, it did not meet my expectation. There are parts of the plot that are predictable. The flow of the story for the first few chapters are too fast paced, deducting the realistic point of this story. The way the characters respond to certain
...
situation seems unnatural. There are plot holes especially regarding the first line of Tomanku and his spirit servant. I wish to know about them better. The last few episodes of this anime are very slow paced to the point I think it was a waste of episodes.
Characters: 4/10
You Keika- I'm just gonna say that I am flat out disappointed with this character. I'm expecting his powers to be much more impressive that what was portrayed in the last few episodes. He was supposed to be a powerful spirit, matching his master's, Ki, powerful spiritual energy. However, in most of the episodes, it was him being protected by Ki when in reality it was You Keika's job to protect his master. He is funny, that's the only positive point I see in this character.
Tanmoku Ki- This character is your typically cold but kind hearted, powerful and respected by all character. He's nothing special really.
Over all: 5/10
This anime is definitely not the best anime I have ever watched. It's mediocre, fits your typical anime mold. The only wow element of this anime is the hint of Shonen-Ai in this anime which I definitely enjoy. Perhaps, those who are new to anime would enjoy and appreciate this anime better than I do.

Plot: 6/10
In my opinion the plot is neither exciting nor boring. It's interesting, yes but it does keep me on my toes or make me want to know about the story more. I do feel like the episodes are long maybe that's because how the plot, in my opinion lack of an element of excitement.
characters: 6/10
The characters are also so-so to me. None really stuck to me so I have no favourites.
Enjoyment: 6/10
The story is a little bit bland, sometimes predictable and has a slow pace. So my overall experienced is just fine. It would not be listed in my favourite anime list
...
nor it's going to the bad bin. All I can say is don't expect too much from this in order not to ruin your experience with this story.

Plot: 7/10
I have dive into the world of fanfiction so this the idea or based of the plot is nothing new for me. However, a familiar plot could be entertaining if the presentation of the idea is done well and for this case, yes, it successfully entertains me. I jumped into the anime blind and didn't know what to expect nor what kind of story this is so I'm pleasantly surprised. The plot is simple and very easy to understand which I believe would be a good anime for beginners or for someone who just wants to get out from anime slump.
The flow of the
...
plot is well paced and there's not so much plot hole. However, I am very interested to know about the first prince. If there's any second season, it would be nice to include the first prince also.
The story is laced with serious and touching moments, with a sprinkle of humour. These are great combinations in my opinion yet it could be a double edge sword if each elements are not balanced well.
Characters: 8/10
Each princes have their own distinct personality and I enjoy getting to know each of the princes personally through each episode. However, the presence of the first prince is very limited and the main character, sensei is not explored enough in my opinion. Heine could be such an interesting character if his background and past are explained further.
My favourite character would be the King himself, Victor just because I love his soft side and his king side. The duality of King Victor is entertaining.
Graphic: 8/10
I love how the anime is a mixture of beautiful, serious art with a cute chibi ones. I laugh everything the art changes to chibi version. It's adorable and it suites the scene. It makes the scene funnier and cuter.
Over all: 8/10
I personally think that this is a nice anime to watch. It would be not in my all time favourite list but if I am asked whether this anime is good, I would say I enjoy it. I recommend this to beginners, those who are in anime slump and also for those who wants to watch anime while 'on the go' for it's simple plot and great pace.

Concept: 7/10
An interesting concept. It deals with freezing time in alternate universe. Bits and pieces of super powers. It piques my attention, draws me which is a good start. The first two episodes are attention grabbers.
Plot: 6/10
Alright, this anime has amazing concept. Nonetheless because of the plot holes, unnecessary events and the way the plot is expanded does not flow that well, I deduct marks on this part. And the villain to me is kind of mediocre, nothing extravagant that I should take note off. The fighting scenes are... umm, so-so. I expected something more. If directed properly, the amount of episodes of this
...
anime would be somewhere around 7-8 but the resolution and climax of this anime are dragged until episode 12.
Characters: 5/10
I don't have any favourite character in this anime. All characters are very mediocre. Nothing special about them even when some of them do possess cool super powers. But I think they can definitely omit a few characters like for example the Dad and also Tsubasa. The anime works just fine without them. Though If I do really have to choose which character I like, then I'll go with Makoto, the little kid. At least he's cute. And the Herald. Yeap, I find the Heralds cute too.
Gore: 6/10
No bad. Kind of cool with the appearance of the Herald, it's definitely not a show for kids. However, as the episode continues, the scenes in my opinion becomes less thrilling and gory so I wouldn't say it's one of the best gory anime.

Upon watching the trailer, I have high expectations on this anime. I'm hunting for good anime to recommend to my friends so I dive into everything and this happens to be one of the anime I anticipate. Let's get on the review.
Title: 5/5
Well the title make sense since it's about a Sirius who is one of the Jaegar, hunting vampires.
OP/ED: 3/5
I prefer the ending song of this anime. Try to listen to them! It's good.
Art: 5/5
Amazing graphics. I thoroughly enjoy the graphics.
...
Sound: 4/5
It's good but I still feel like it can be improved. More could be polished and added especially during the dramatic moments.
Plot: 4/10
On first look, I don't feel like this is cliche. It draws me in. However, the pacing of this anime is slow. I actually need to push myself to click the next episode. I wasn't eager to know what happen. As the story unravels, it becomes mediocre and soon, it becomes cliche. Orphan, special, beastly (follow his instincts a lot), tragedy falls upon them, revenge, etc. Basically, you know the drill. It's taking a long time to reach the climax and even the climax, it feels like I'm left hanging. It does not exactly show the true power of the Ark, does not exactly show it's speciality or why everyone is fighting to obtain it. There are unnecessary fragments inserted between the actual plot due to unnecessary character but we'll get back to that part later.
Fighting Scene: 8/10
I love it. I like the 'goriness' it portrays. It's likeable enough but I do feel like I want more. It is not censored but not described in detail. Good but can be improve. Good but just not there. BUT, I expect more power, more intense fight considering it's a fight between vampires and a sirius which is a Jaegar on top of that. I'm expecting more stunts and I expect more power from the Ark. More power from the so-called speciality of a Sirius.
Characters: 4/10
I'm not going to dive into each character. Just the good ones and also the bad ones.
Misha: I love love love him. He is cool character, limited strength due to not being a noble. A bit cliche though but his character make sense.
Yuliy; Eren. You watch this, you'll understand why I put Eren in this review. Eren at least shows his power he has but Yuliy, it just isn't enough. I don't feel the specialness in him. I need more. MORE. The main character feels like Eren- feels a lot like the characters that shares the same archetype as Eren. Has an element of Owari No Seraph.
Ryouko: Alright, lets get to the nasty part. I don't think her character is necessary. I hate weak pretending to be strong character. Her love interest for Yuliy is definitely not needed in this anime. I got annoyed whenever she tries to tag along with the group. Like seriously, I definitely feel her character is a pain in the ass.
Over all: 33/50
It's a mediocre anime for me. Some annoying characters, can be improved. I recommend this anime for those who would like to enjoy gory scenes.

Plot: 6
I'm diving into these anime with high expectation after watching the trailer. With all the magic and creepy eyes, however, it does not develop well. There's still plot holes that needed to be filled. But I guess because it's the first season so it's not fully developed yet. However, I'll stick with the six because I feel that it's not properly developed even for the first season.
Characters: 5
I have high hopes for Koku but man he flops. His power and strength, it's not fully exercise and because of this I find that his ability is so mediocre and there's definitely nothing special about
...
him at all. And the fact that he is too hung up on Yuna is for me, personally, extremely annoying. I mean he has bigger things to do, more serious things to settle but than he focuses his whole world on Yuna, his world revolves around Yuna.
And Yuna, wow, at least make her a bit less annoying? Yuna is your typical girl in all anime world. She's like the benchmark for all the stereotype on anime girl I've seen.
Keith... ummm, his character is interesting. Still, I need to know more about him
Gilbert, I... kinda like him but again, I need him to develop a bit further. I like to know what goes in his mind and his point of views, really that would be extremely interesting.
Honestly, this would be a good anime but, the undeveloped character and power, this is sad to say, an average anime for me
