Not really.. its not really scary at all... lacks action as well. HS:ultimate and the manga are ok but the original hellsing is trash. The ending says nothing about the chips or who was programming them, its a crappy cliff hanger.
Yes I have, but there is more to Steins;Gate than what is portrayed in The Butterfly Effect. Just because it has a plot similarity to a hollywood movie you like, doesn't mean it's rehashed convoluted crap. Try to view it by itself, without your preconceptions.
You said Steins;Gate is crap but gave Hellsing a 10/10 wot. I heard ultimate was alright but the original Hellsing anime was awful. Your argument is kind of weak too.
